Unfortunately I lost the opportunity. As a new in the area I didn’t know where to park and how much time exactly could take from the parking lote to the departure spot. The GPS took me to The Continental parking lote. From there to the Beyside is approximately 15 minutes walking. Since I got to the parking lote and 40 minutes later I was trying to communicate with the Big Bus staff. IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE. I chatted with Viator agents and they neither got in touch with Big Bus. I lost my 6 tickets and the possibility for my friends from Venezuela to do this trip. I try to postpone the trip but it was impossible the communication. To much impersonal. If you are not familiar with Down Town area I don’t recommend. In the Viator said that you can get the bus at any stop, however there not route to follow.

Fantastic experience, definitely recommend! Our host was Martica and as a local she knew all the hot spots. She was brilliant, very entertaining and informative. A wonderful thing to do to see Miami at night. Really good having a live host instead of a recorded audio. Really easy to book via the app. Took about 1 hour 15 mins to do the full circuit. Great to see a different route from the day route.

The tour was so fun with our very knowledgeable and local tour guide. Martica was entertaining to listen to and pointed out all the sights with the death of knowledge of someone who lives there. Learned a lot and loved all the night life of Miami. Would recommend highly.

Must see tour. Nice tour. 1,5 hours long. Losts of information. Colourful streets. Nice artwork and art deco style buildings.

Armando was the best!! Great guy and evey funny gives ferrero rochers as gifts i definitely recommend the night tour bus would do it again
