Ken was a great guide, pick up was on time and he helped us sorting cable car tickets and advising us on he best bit of the wall to do Car was clean and comfortable and Ken's English was good. Would recommend.

Ken was a great driver and tour guide. He was very friendly with good conversational English and happy to share his knowledge. He took some beautiful photographs of me at the Great Wall of China, which was so nice because I was traveling solo and so very special to have lovely photo of myself on this very special day. This booking was great, private car all the way to the doorstep, no bus or waiting in lines, very easy and good. Ken pointed out a great itinerary for my exploration of the Great Wall and I am glad he did, because I had no idea about this on my own. The very high lookout had incredible views, and was great exercise and experience I will never forget!

It was a fuss free tour, from the booking to the actual tour. Jack was prompt with his replies on all the queries I had before the tour. My family had the most amazing time at Mutianyu. Jane, our tour guide, was very friendly and helpful. She was punctual and she came to pick us up in a beautiful MPV at our hotel. She is knowledgeable and explained the history. We went up via ski lift and down by toboggan. It was really fun and exciting- a must try for all. After the tour, we had tea ceremony which was also an awesome experience. We truly enjoyed it. At the end of the tour, Jane dropped us off at Niu Jie so that we could get Halal food. Highly recommend this tour!!

I would highly recommend this tour. Aside from amazing scenery, the private driver provided ultimate flexibility that simplified things for a non-Chinese speaker. It was so much more relaxing to have the private driver and not have to worry about rideshare apps or managing a large bus group, and also much more efficient as we could move at our own timeframe.

The tour was a fantastic experience that provided maximum flexibility for a tight travel schedule on a business trip. I was able to very efficiently travel to the Great Wall site and have the guide wait for me while I visited, which helped ensure I would be back to the train station in time for my departing train and ultimate flight home. The tour guide was also happy to accommodate me by driving passed other sites throughout Beijing on my way to the train station so I was able to see a few more sites to add to the experience.

We had a great experience! We were contacted just after the booking to arrange details for the day. Alvin was our driver and he was amazing, great driver, very helpful and also thoughtful. We had a wonderful time at the Great Wall of China and the whole day! We felt safe and looked after. Totally recommended.
