Just wow—beyond epic! Today was a perfect blend of serene beauty and awe-inspiring history. We started our day in the serene elegance of the Summer Palace. Its tranquil lake, beautifully ornate Long Corridor, and classical gardens offered a peaceful, stunning way to start our tour. The afternoon culminated with the breathtaking majesty of the Great Wall at Mutianyu. The sheer scale of this monumental wonder, snaking across the mountain ridges, was truly humbling and left me completely speechless. This is something everyone must experience. A massive, heartfelt thank you to our phenomenal tour guide, Lucia, whose rich historical insights brought both locations to life, and to our incredibly kind and professional driver, Mrs. Fu, for the seamless, comfortable journey. Our wonderful guide Sherry helped us enjoy a fabulous day at these two unforgettable sites. We visited the Great Wall first following a prompt pick up from our hotel in a comfy car driven all day by Zhao Moon and in the afternoon a twilight visit to the summer palace. Sherry provided a great personalised service with information about the history along the way, she knew the best spots for photos and was happy to take scenic shots of us when requested. These two sites were both breathtaking in different ways and for our short stay in Beijing were an absolute must see. Super happy with the whole experience. Thank you, Sherry.

We had an excellent time. Aurora and Li were so friendly and accommodating. Mr Li prepared some snacks for us too. He drove safe and we felt so comfortable. Aurora has given us much knowledge about Beijing, the Great Wall and China itself. We had the private tour, so at a pace that suited us. The Great Wall and Summer Palace are breathtaking! Overall, such a wonderful day! Thank you for the kind hospitality!
