Shiva was a great tour guide. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We went to so many great spots. It was such a great way to experience a new country and city.

Amazing tour. Shiva is an amazing guide, and on top of that super funny. The silk tour in Mysore I highly recommend..you see a cocoon auction, Tipu Sultons summer palace, have a traditional banana leaf lunch go to a market and the Mysore Palace, it’s an amazing day and you get to know India. If you are visiting in Bangalore you have to do this!

Shava was great. He made the tour interesting and fun. Recommend to anyone in India. The Sultans summer house had lots of history. The Mysuru Palace was amazing to see.

Gir was a fantastic tour guide and driver for the day. He had lots of history and knowledge to share, and was friendly and helpful. A great trip if you want to combine some heritage sites with local insight and experience an authentic local lunch. Happy to recommend.

It was a good day trip with Divakar who gave some background of each location as we travelled there and ensured that the movement was always smooth at each location and between each place. Crowds are manageable on the weekdays.

Another excellent tour with Five Senses (I now base my visits to Indian cities based on where Five Senses operate!). The guide was first rate - well informed and engaging. He was sensitive to my interests and directed the tour with this in mind. Added to the cultural experience the guide also took me to great places to have an Indian snack, enjoy a filter coffee and have lunch. This completed the day and made it a very good day that I would thoroughly recommend.

Outstanding service. We learned about 5 Senses while attending a wedding in India. A friend at the wedding told us about them. We scheduled a guided tour to Mysore. Our guide, Divaker, spoke excellent English and told us so much about the places we visited. We saw Soumantha Temple and Mysore Palace. We visited the Mysore Market. Divaker knew the stores to get silks from as well as sweets to bring home. We dined at a n authentic restaurant and Divaker taught us how to properly eat with our hands. My favorite event that I truly wanted to enjoy was to see a live elephant up close and ride on its back. This wasn't part of the tour but Divaker made it happen. I would definitely use 5 Senses again and recommend them to fellow American travelers.

Shiva is a professional and friendly guide that helps us explore around Mysuru. His guidance is straight to the point that leaves us a good understanding about the attraction and high level understanding about the history. What impress me the most is he also helps us to avoid tourist trap. Highly recommend Shiva!

The tour was excellent. Our driver, Manjunath, and our guide, Shiv, were both very pleasant and knowledgeable, and they made the experience truly memorable.

A bit of local history and culture, we bought some souvenirs, tasted veg food.... Overall it was really good. Our driver Manjunath was very kind and he did his part very professionally driving us safely on our trip. Also, Shiv, our guide was very professional and positive, he provided all the information, answered our questions and offered us a great experience. Kudos to both of them!
