Gary was a great tour guide with so much knowledge. He even tailored our tour and took us off the beaten path to show us something that everyone doesn’t see based on us being from Texas. Even stopped at Borough market for some treats!

Our Viator Black Cab tour guide, Stella is polite, courteous and very knowledgeable about the history and significance of the area we visited. This is our third visit and our first time to use Viator to see London. Our experience is very memorable and we were able to see London other regular tourist not able to visit. Our driver, Sean was amazing! His knowledge was extensive which made the sights we saw even more interesting. Sean made sure that we had ample time to take pictures and we felt that our enjoyment was important to him. We had a wonderful time discovering the city that Sean apparently loves.

Had a wonderful time, Dave is very knowledgeable and kept both us and our kids entertained. He went out of his way to show the kids the changing of the guards and other sites they enjoyed. Great way to see a lot of London in just a few hours

Our adventure started when Dave picked us up from the hotel. His cab was immaculate and stocked with cold water. Dave’s personality was what we needed. He had us laughing most of trip. He is very knowledgeable of London history, folklore and pop culture. I’m a Harry Potter fan and of course Dave took me to cool places of Harry Potter world. Dave is a great listener and inquires about your interests for places to visit in London. He goes out of his way to check off as many boxes as possible. We felt super comfortable and safe with Dave. We had the opportunity to see the St. James changing of the guards, architecture and many older specialty shops. Following the tour, mom and I stopped by the oldest Hat Shop in London, Lock & Co. Hatters. We had a Bridgeton moment. This cool tour allowed us to see so much in so little time. I have so many pictures and memories. Wow, thank you Dave. It could not have happened without you. Our guide Sean took us to London’s best landmarks and had an incredible amount of knowledge. We were able to get to areas not easily accessible by other cars and it was a pleasure to have him guide us around. Highly recommend taking the tour as we got a crash course in history and now have a deeper appreciation of the city and its origins, especially in the comfort and safety of a private guide!
