Breathtaking Rockies: Lake Louise, Banff & Moraine Lake

This was a really good experience. The tour bus was almost full. The driver was our tour guide. His name is Mike and he was very knowledgeable with a great personality. He took everyone's picture at Marble Canyon Falls. He offered to take my picture at Lake Louise and I accepted. We did a fair amount of walking but I was not too tired. One needs to be in fairly good shape for all the hills at Marble Canyon Falls. I was wearing sneakers (appropriate for volleyball) and they were fine. But if someone has hiking boots I recommend those. The admission fee was $103. Lunch was not included but Mike recommended a pizza/sub shop that was very cheap. Their food was excellent. The entire tour took about eight hours. I wish it had been two hours more for the price paid. The atmosphere provided a positive vibe and everyone was in a happy mood. People from all over the world were on the tour bus and I appreciated the diversity. The person I sat next to on the bus was very friendly and we chatted a little. Overall, a very good time and would definitely recommend this tour to others. If going in October through April, please wear a heavy coat and sturdy hiking boots or heavy duty sneakers.

We had such an amazing time on our tour today! Joshua, our tour guide, was absolutely incredible such a great storyteller with a wonderful sense of humour. My favorite part was the time spent riding to the different attraction sites; Joshua made every moment so engaging with his stories and fun historical facts. We also got to meet and connect with an amazing group of people, which made the experience even more special. Honestly, I didn’t want the tour to end! I’d definitely do this all over again.

Amazing day, Joshua was so enthusiastic and fun to travel with! We went to marble canyon as a substitute for moraine lake and it was beautiful! Peaceful and we felt like we were with nature!

We had a great day with our guide Bob and saw so many beautiful spots in Banff National Park! The tour was a full day and our three kids enjoyed the sights and small hikes.

Bob was an amazing guide and made sure the day went smoothly. It was a perfect amount of time, including lunch and shopping in Banff in between. I couldn’t recommend this trip more!

Our morning began poorly when the tour we had booked with another company cancelled less than 15 minutes before our pick up time. But Bob saved the day! He was able to include us on his tour and we enjoyed our day immensely. He went above and beyond, sharing interesting information, cracking corny jokes, and making sure that everyone was safe, accounted for and feeling beautiful in their photos. So glad Bob was there for us!

We travelled to Canmore/ Banff for the first time and decided on doing this day tour with several stops. It was a great decision to see all these stops guided. We chose a small bus group of only 24 .Our tour operator Mike was amazing! He was so knowledgeable and pleasant as well as humourous in explaining everything all the way and at all points we visited. It was a great day and money well spent making this tour the highlight of our trip. Thanks Mike and Viator.
