The river trip was great. The views from the river compliment the views from land. The guide was very informative and the personel were very helpful getting us on and off the boat. The eye was awesome! What a view and slow enough to take great photos. Not scary for one who hates heights.

Great experience. Access to both the River Cruise and the London Eye was super fast. The staff was very attentive and helpful.

It was really great until Steve ruined everything, besides that, it was a fun and entertaining 30 minute trip. Would cruise again 5/5

George, our river cruise Guide. Was phenomenal! Funny and full of fascinating facts on the river. Glad the cruise is first to orient us to the area - then when you go up in the Eye you know what you are seeing!

The viator app or url would never send me the get ticket link. The attendant standing to assist the guest stated she could not assist since my purchase was with a third party app. However a young lady by the name Lai saw me standing against the wall walked over and asked if she could assist . She went above and beyond to assist . Locating my tickets and shared I didn’t have enough time to attend both the boat and the eye . Then she reschedule my boat ride. She is a true example of customer service . I truly appreciate her.

Don’t be late!! Past two tours we went on waited 15 minutes or even had a late caravan to bring those who missed the bus… due to traffic and an accident we were 4 minutes late for the boat. Not only did they make me pay for a rebooking, they told me to go in the boat first then the eye… had we not asked the man checking vouchers we would have not gotten on the Eye due to closing at 6:00pm. So we had to skip the book we paid for the rebooking fee for!! Non refundable. I think it was unnecessary to be so inconsistent- and I should have allowed 20 extra minutes.

Good trip. It was good to have a live guide (George) who entertained us and was informative although little he said was new to us. If you were a first time visitor to London then the talk would have told you plenty of new things. The sound system was good. It was a little cold ad we returned upstream so if you want to sit outside maybe have an extra layer with you.

It’s a must do in London. But disappointing we were with a very rowdy inconsiderate family. The views we could see were amazing.
