Private Taxi Transfer Siem Reap - Trat Pier - Koh Chang

We booked a transfer from Siem Reap to the pier for Koh Chang, and the Cambodian driver picked us up early in the morning at 5:30 AM. He was very friendly, spoke English, and allowed us to stop whenever we needed. We reached the border around 8:30 AM, where we had to switch cars and drivers. The passport control was quick and efficient. The new driver found us without any issues, and even though he didn’t speak English, we were able to communicate through the phone. He safely drove us to the pier, where we arranged our own ferry transfer to the island. We arrived at the pier at 1:00 PM, so the total journey took about 7.5 hours. Overall, it was a smooth and well-organized trip, and I’d recommend it to anyone.

Great service, clean and efficient drivers and vehicles with good help crossing the border into Cambodia as well. Would recommend this service when travelling into the country from eastern Thailand.

100% recommend this company, the border crossing at Poipet was so easy. There was someone at every stage of the way and they take a photo of you to send onto the next driver/person who then shows you that photo so you know it’s legit the right company to follow/go with. The only area they aren’t allowed in is the actual passport control area but as long as you have your e-visa completed and pick up one of the yellow immigration cards from the table inside that area and complete that it really was a doddle. No issues whatsoever, no ripping off or scams, we sailed through.

The journey from start to finish was seamless. Comfortable cars, supplied water .Mr Ny explained what was happening and what was going to happen. We could stop at any point,just to let him know. At Immigration,Mr Sarath was very knowledgeable and efficient. Sailed through immigration. ( Of which we were apprehensive). Journey on Thai side ensured we arrived at our hotel with ease too. Taking care of all ferry tickets and delivering us straight to our door. Door to door service. Amazing. Would definitely recommend.

We liked the trip but we did not appreciate that the driver was continuously chatting over te phone. It gave us the feeling that he may not pay enough attention

Wow this company exceeded our expectations. We were a little worried about how the border crossing would work, but we needn’t have worried. A WhatsApp group was set up by the company, including the driver in Cambodia and the one in Thailand. So we knew exactly where to find the Thai driver and what car he was driving. We were also met by a guy just inside the Thai border who escorted us to the meeting point. Both drivers were outstanding. The journey took about 7 1/2 hours.

Very good experience with Cambodia Taxi Driver company from our hotel in Siem Reap in Cambodia to Leam Sok in Thailand (to go to Koh Kut). The company had 2 drivers: 1 driver for the transfer in Cambodia from Siem Reap to the boarder (at Poipet) (c. 3 hours) and 1 driver for the transfer in Thailand from the boarder to Laem Sok (c. 4 hours). They had good advice regarding the departure time from Siem Reap to get our boat at Laem Sok at 2pm, taking into account the long time (c.1h / 1h30) that we had to wait for the passport controls at the boarder. I sincerely recommend them!

We had a very good experience with this company. We had a comfortable transfer from Siem Reap (Cambodia) to Leam Sok in Thailand. Please note that you have to cross the border for yourself but in the other side a driver awaited us. All in all a perfect organized trip and can be highly recommended.
