Juan our guide was such a knowledgeable and nice guy 👏🏻 the tour company itself is top class - we were in a group of 6 and felt like VIPs - snacks ,drinks (water, soda and beer) were included,we even stopped and got to sample the local fruits on the way back to the port. This is a 5 star experience and highly recommended.

Our tour guide Francisco was friendly knowledgeable and professional. Our driver Manuel did a great job getting us there safely. We were with a small group of six. Much more personable than the large bus tours in my opinion. We did this earlier in the day, while it wasn’t hot just be aware it is very humid even in November. You have to walk all the way out of the port to connect with this group. So it is a bit more extra walking, so be prepared. Modern Toyota passenger van with great a/c was our transportation. I would definitely recommend this company.

Tour was great, Juan Corona took great care of us and his driver the “Dog” was a funny side kick. Our group of 8 will never forget the ruins, drinks and fresh fruit and throw in some wild monkeys - what more could you ask for! Thank you!

Our guide was Frank with driver Miguel. We had a wonderful time learning about the history of the Chacchoben people. Frank was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to answer all our questions. He was kind and helped me up the stairs so that i can could keep my balance. On our ride to Chacchoben Ruins he told us about the people that now live in the area. We recommend Frank and Miguel should you visit the ruins. This personal tour was the way to go then being in a large group. We were never rushed and did what we wanted.

Fantastic Day! We got off the ship as quickly as possible, followed the instructions provided and the team were waiting exactly where they told us they would be with our name on a board to greet us. Important to mention this, as it is chaotic when all the cruise ships arrive in port together. As it happened our small tour - maximum of 12 people turned out to be on just the two of us on the day we were there, which was a bonus. As we arrived early and were allocated our transport immediately we got on the road quickly and arrived at the the temple before most of the other tours arrived. We took advantage of there being no one about and captured loads of fantasic photos! Our guide was fantastic, he made sure we seen everything, learned loads about the site and had a lovely laid back morning. Nothing was too much trouble, he even made sure we talked in the shade as it was a very hot day. A must see tour.

Highly recommend! We booked fairly last minute without doing much research (after getting a good feeling from a few reviews), and this tour exceeded all of our expectations. First, our tour guide, Leo, was excellent; extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Mayan culture. Second, we could tell this company puts a lot of thought into its tours, and in our experience got the little things right. For example, we were instructed to wait in the air conditioned van while we waited to depart while we saw other tour groups sitting outside in an area with lots of mosquitos. Another example was providing local snacks and a cooler of drinks, and we also appreciated how our guide provided a sampling of different fruits at one of our stops, rather than just leaving us to figure out what to purchase and likely missing out on what turned out to be several delicious different options. Lastly, we were a little concerned about the drive time, but the driver was great, the roads better than expected, and the time went quickly with Leo providing lots of interesting information.

My husband and I just did this tour during our MSC Seashore cruise. I can't speak highly enough of our guide, Fabiola (forgive me if the spelling is incorrect!) She was amazing. She had so many facts to present, and her backpack was filled with even more information to share. The ride there was great. Our driver did a great job as well. The ruins were spectacular and accessible. I would certainly recommend this to everyone.
