Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and shared detailed information about every place we visited. He clearly explained what to expect at each stop and gave helpful tips that made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

My daughter and I had a great time on this tour and we covered so much ground. The waterfall was a favorite.

Only good part of the trip was the tour guide, otherwise it would have been a 1 star. The second I got there I knew it wasn’t going to be good, so unorganised, 5 busses out there from the same company, no signs to say where to go. We waited out for about 15 minutes in -17 weather as one of the bus drivers said that our bus wasn’t here yet, then the bus came and he said this was the wrong bus, turns out my bus was out there the whole time. Ended up not sitting next to the person I came with as the bus was full, what’s the point of that. All we did was drive to 4 different places and stayed for 30 minutes each. The places were cool and all but only needed 10 minutes. If I came back I would definitely just hire a car for the day and go at my own pace. Again, this is nothing against the tour guide, more the company and the organisation.

Great sites but the trip was poorly organised by the tour company. We consistently left sites late which meant we ended up seeing the falls at dusk instead of daylight. We were very dissatisfied.

We were disappointed because we were only at the falls for 30 minutes and did not have time to walk up and we thought we would be taking the enclosed lift that we saw on the website. Instead we wasted time going to a chocolate shop and a copper museum which only left us 30 minutes at the falls.

If you want to see the falls & Saint Anne’s this is a good way to see them. Look around for the best price because some used a different source and paid much less than we did. The bus was excessively hot and we all were overdressed after coming out of the cold. The windows were dirty and seeing out or taking photos wasn’t great. I know it’s winter but the windows could’ve been washed. The tour guide David was good and informative. Ample time at each stop too.

This was an amazing tour made even better by our great tour guide and driver. He gave us great information and funny too. I would definitely put this tour on your list of activities when in Quebec City.

Bus pickup was on time but the tour did not follow the itinerary.. the Falls was the last stop, not the 2nd stop as shown. This meant our pictures at the Falls were nearly dark and also too late to ride up the cable ferry to the top. "Chocolate factory" stop is basixally a 30 minute stop in a Chocolate store. Yes its tasty but you have no time to look around because the line ends up being too long. While its definitely convenient to have the bus take you, I personally dont think its worth the $60, or at at the very least the tour itself should be altered to make it more enjoyable. Also, our guide, while very nice and informative, had a sort of heavy accent so it was sometimes not clear what she would say. The most important takeaway is that the Falls is actually at the end of the tour and the chocolate place has no information behind it, just a shop thats packed with people.

You do not get a long time at the Cathedral. We only got to see the falls from the bottom. They did not let us know that before we left. We would have drove ourself if we knew these two things.
- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
- Service animals allowed
- Public transportation options are available nearby
- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
