Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with both the Chateau de Frontenac & Old City tours. Both guides were informative, helpful & very friendly. I had to change both tours twice on short notice. Cicerone did an excellent job of responding to my e-mails & changed on 2 separate days after my cruise was delayed.

Very interesting and fun information from Thomas. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and his personality and we learned much, even though we were staying at the Chateau.

I love history and architecture so this tour provided the perfect blend of both. Our guide was dressed as Louis de Buade de Frontenac who was the governor of Quebec City from 1672 - 1682. We were able to see many areas of the Chateau then we would have on our own.

The walking tour of Old Town Quebec City is a must. So much history was shared as well where to go and what to do. I never knew there was an Upper and Lower City!!

Disappointing, very limited look round hotel and with the possible exception of one area all were open to the public anyway

What more can we say except that our historical interpreter what exceptional, dynamic, engaging kept the chateau history alive. Lucy van horn was her historical character. Excellent

Thomas was an excellent tour guide. He mixed humor with a lot of interesting historical information. I learned so much just within the first 10 minutes of the tour.

Great tour and tour guide learning the history of the hotel and some of Quebec. Wonderful to see some of the lovely rooms of the Chateau Frontenac.
