The excursion begins when we pick you up in our minibus with your driver and a professional tour guide, to go to Tierra del Fuego National Park. On the End of the World Train, we are going to relive history in time and space. We will travel the same path that many years ago the prisoners traveled. Already in the Tierra del Fuego National Park, you will observe the most characteristic species of the Fuegian forests in a spectacular area of 63,000 hectares. The first point to visit in the park is the End of Route 3, in Lapataia Bay, where we find the famous End of the World sign, which symbolizes the union of Ushuaia and Alaska. Here you will have the most iconic photo that everyone wants to have: The End of the World poster, the End of Route 3 The next stop is at Lake Roca, where we will contemplate a typical Patagonian postcard To finish we will visit the Ensenada Zarategui where the last postal box of Correo Argentino is located.

The tour was extremely well organised. I was picked up directly from my hotel at the exact time they scheduled. The tour guide Eileen was very knowledgeable and friendly and spoke fluent English so I could understand everything. I only had one full day to spend in Ushuaia and I am so glad that I chose to do this tour. It was definitely worth it. The scenery was breathtaking and the train ride was a lot of fun, with fascinating narration in several languages of the history of the train and the area. There are several hiking routes within the park - if I had more time I would definitely do that as well. I would highly recommend this tour and the amazing tour guide Eileen. Thank you for making it an unforgettable experience.

On their AD, saying they will pick you up from hotel.. surely only sun is shining and whale is waving the tale out of water from the horizon. Guess what, we need to find the way to get to meet point and back to our hotel. and also fill up twice about our information. If you truely not want to offer the service - i.e. pickup and drop out from hotel, please do not mention on your AD. However, the tour guide is very knowledgable which made all our trip better even the agent's attitude. Should say.. half good, and half bad. We gave them 3 stars because tour guide. not the company, very disappointed.

It's important to understand that this excursion has two components: a bus component and the train component. In our case, the bus took us into the national park where we spent about 3 hours touring the various trails and lakes. Then the bus took us out of the national park to the train station where we caught the train which took us back to the national park. From there the bus picked us up and took us back to our starting point. While on the bus, our tour guide was great at sharing with us the history and background of town and the park. The train ride itself is kind of goofy. They spent quite a considerable amount of effort getting you to buy the pictures of the passengers with the prison inmates (characters in costume). Touring the town and national Park was great. The mountains and lakes are quite majestic. But I'd probably skip the train ride next time. BTW, separately, you need to buy a ticket for entrance into the national park. You can easily do that at the park entrance with a credit card.

This should have been much better than it was. The park is outstanding. The tour operator was below average. Most of the 14 people on the tour only spoke Spanish. The tour leader was definitely speaking more to the Spanish speaking people than those who only knew English. The first hour was driving around town picking people up. The time at many of the stops was short. The guide was not very well organized. At the stop that was intended to get something to eat, the guide is telling us there is a restaurant, a free museum to check out and a gift shop. As the bus is still making its way to park, he tells us we have 20 minutes from that point in time to return to the bus. I spoke to the guide about this and he reluctantly added 10 minutes. Viator needs to reevaluate this tour company.

Train trip was very nice, very organized. Guide was very good. The park is so big and we only had a short time to explore due to ship departure time. Well worth your time

Nice way to spend a day and familiarize yourself with the national park. I spotted many trail markers during the tour. The train ride is kitschy and skippable unless you really enjoy scale model trains. Scenery is breathtaking. If you are new to area I recommend this tour. Afterwards, consider coming back on your own to hike.

The trip itself was great. Aileen was a wonderful guide! However, the office staff is not very friendly. When I went to enquire about my tour a front desk staff member (she has curly hair and wears glasses) was speaking rudely about me in Spanish (which I can understand) with her colleague. Unprofessional behavior. Unless your tour is with Aileen, you’re better off booking with another vendor.

Eileen was a great guide with a good sense of humour. There isn’t a lot to see in the national park - apart from more mountains and water The train was fun but expensive

We really enjoyed the tour, we thought our tour guide did a good job telling about the scenery, history and botany. Our driver also did great considering a bus passing us forced our vehicle into a ditch and he had to extricate us!

My tour didn’t get off to the best start, as the hotel pickup arrived about 45 minutes earlier than expected and there was no notification the night before. Once we got going, though, the experience improved significantly. Tierra del Fuego National Park is absolutely beautiful, with countless opportunities for great photos and plenty of time to take in the scenery. The End of the World Train was a nostalgic highlight—slow-paced but charming—and the audio narration added a fascinating layer of history and storytelling to the ride. Overall, despite the rocky beginning, the combination of striking landscapes and the unique train experience made this a memorable excursion.
