Exclusive Tulum, Turtles & Cenote Sacred Journey

My significant other and I choose this tour and was very happy we did. Our tour guide Diego and team were absolutely incredible! The entire day was packed with excitement. fun, adventure and fascinating facts, I am not a swimmer, however I was excited to see the sea Turtles and Roberto, one of the guides was very patient and enthusiastic to show me the parrot fish, stingray and the 3 large turtles. The photographer did a great job too. Overall the day was amazing, Thank you Diego !

I had THE BEST time! Our drive Sergio picked us up on time from the hotel and our guide Andreas was there with him to greet us and explain the expectations of the day. We had two other stops to pick up other guest at other hotels and then we were on our way. We started with Tulum where between the archeological guide and Andreas I was able to ask all of the questions I had. They provided a great overview of the ruins and helped you really understand what life was like when the Mayans inhabited Tulum. They had umbrellas to shade you while walking and provided snacks and cold water when we returned. After we went to Akumal and had the opportunity to see many sea turtles and fish within feet of you. The photographer that was with us got great candid photos that I know I’ll cherish for years. Lastly we did the cenote where again Andreas had so much knowledge of the formations and took time to point out small details like fossils in the rocks. We ended the day with some delicious tacos ( try the pork if they have it!) and nice margarita and also had the opportunity to shop local goods and try tequilas but there was no pressure at all to purchase anything like in most tourist locations. We were a group of adults but there was another group with kids and they looked to be having a great time also! Definitely recommend!

All great experiences in 1 day: Tulum guided tour, Akumal bay snorkeling with turtles and a fantastic half covered cenote. Annette was our perfect German guide, for our group of 12 persons from Germany. Photographer Wen made professional pictures, as well under water! Our driver German drove us safely through the entire day. Perfect day, thank you to the 3 of you ❤️😊

We booked a six person tour directly with the company and it could not have been better. From pick up to drop off it was fantastic. Sergio was our driver, he made sure we were hydrated, secured our belongings, and provided safe transport for the day. Sarah was our guide and was phenomenal. She was very informative, and catered the trip to us from start to finish, all with a smile and great attitude. Tony joined us at the turtle experience, he shared his experiences, while taking photos that would make any photographer jealous. We added the zip line and rappel into the cenote which capped off a perfect day. I don’t know if you can request staff but I strongly recommend each of them.

Such a great tour! This tour is well thought out and amazing even down to the photographer. Our tour guide, Alma, was great. The kids adored her and talked about her the rest of the trip. I would highly recommend the private tour to anybody!

Sara and Rod were amazing. Sara has a great sense of humor, is very relaxed, very informative. Rod was excellent at managing the van and driving us around.

Pickup and drop off times were accurate. Tulum Ruins were interesting. We saw 6-7 turtles very close! Cenote and lunch were also good. Luis was an amazing guide!!

Erick, Mateus and Herman were great! Very detail oriented and considerate of the groups needs. I had recently undergone knee surgery and they checked in with me. My partner chose not to swim in the cenotes and snorkel and they offered to assist him. Very fun! My only criticism is the size of the minibus - it was too small and really uncomfortable for us.

Paco, Andreas, and Manuel were AWESOME!!! We were given a precise pickup time one day in advance and were picked up on time. We always felt welcome, safe, and appreciated. Andreas translated for us since we don’t speak Spanish and he did an excellent job at translating for us and managing the turtle snorkeling trip. Paco did an awesome job at transporting the group, we were always safe, comfortable and on-time! Manuel was informative, kind, and translated things in English for us too. Nothing but compliments to these three! We went to Tulum, snorkeled with turtles, and swam in a private Cenote. 10/10 experience! To Manuel, Andreas, and Paco - muchos grasias!!
