Starts with a short presentation on the history of the building, then up to 67th floor. Views here are amazing, but all glassed in - on the top floor it's even better for photos as there's nothing in your way! I spent ages just drinking in the amazing views - there was no rush to move on. (You can pay extra to get boosted up a little higher in the Skylift, but I can't imagine the view was much better). Absolutely one of the highlights of my trip There are toilets on the way in, and there's a small souvenir shop and cafe/bar on 67th floor, and access to toilets. When you go down again, you go out through a bigger souvenir shop.

It is great for the views and you can take in NYC. But, if like us you go for sunset, then you’ll fight for a spot at the top where there are clear views. There are other viewing points which are fine to look through but your photos will suffer. There are small gaps you can put a camera in or around but limited.

Top of the Rock was excellent! We took a quick elevator ride up, saw a movie and got lots of time for viewing and pictures!

Allow enough time. 2 hours min. We did not do the bean experience but that looked like fun. Hope to do this again. Great way to start the trip.

Fantastic experience! TOTR customer service was exceptional. Due to weather, we had to reschedule from an early morning reservation. We chose the last time slot available to see the city lights. Very beautiful and fun to experience. Highly recommend!

Amazing views friendly staff and a big shout out to Robin who dealt with awkward customers with care and patience. She was lovely and super helpful
