We had a great guide Caterina who made sure our trip was as enjoyable as possible. She was very informative. Trip was done at our pace and was very relaxed and enjoyable. Jeep had air con and Caterina kept us well hydrated with her supply of drinks. Beach club was lovely too

Wonderful driver guide. Long drive with not much to see. Went to a lovely cave, but the drive was the worst drive over a none paved gravel terrible road. Do an ATV torn better

We had a fantastic experience! We cannot say enough good things about Paco—he is an absolute gem of a guide. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and his passion for Cozumel really shone through. He made sure we had flexibility at every stop and never felt rushed, which made the day so relaxing. Paco provided a fascinating overview of the island’s history and ensured we got the full local experience. We especially enjoyed the snorkeling and seeing the incredible wildlife in the reef area. It was also neat to see the Jade Caverns; even though they are a different style of cave than the 'walk-through' caverns we are used to (more of an open structure), it was a cool and unique sight to see."

Pack was a fantastic knowledgeable tour guide! He told us so much history which was wonderful. I felt like we saw so much of Cozumel. We did the cenote cavern, Mayan temple, wonderful lunch of fajitas, snorkeling, tequila tasting, chocolate tasting, and an island tour. It was just us so time spent in each place was up to us. I would definitely recommend and ask for Paco!

This was the perfect tour. We truly had a personal guide for just the three of us, flexible time and got to see MANY things around Cozumel that we never knew existed. Keep in mind that you need to climb in and out of a Jeep, but it was the perfect vehicle for our adventure. Fernando was the sweetest guide ever and we would ask for him again! He was so very polite, a careful driver, patient with all of our questions and quite engaging. He loves his country and it shows. His english was wonderful and by the time we were done with our tour, we felt like friends. We stopped by historical places of interest, we went to the tequila farm and wished we had more money to spend there; I've never tasted anything so YUMMY! I've read other reviews that felt that stop was a pressured sale, but we didn't experience that AT ALL. Don't forget to try the homemade guacamole made from the tree right next to the stand! Fernando made sure we saw the beautiful beaches and picture stops while protecting us from eager shop owners if we didn't want to engage. We got to see the divots in the sand where the turtle nests were which would be quite the sight to see when those are active. Can you even imagine?!? Next, the Jade Cenote was so unique! Even getting there was an experience ;) Don't worry about the bats as they don't care about the people, but it is mesmerizing and engrossing to watch THEM. Fernando gave us our choice of lunch spot with details of each making the decision hard. I don't think you could go wrong either way, but we chose the resort on the beach that had delicious fajitas delivered on hot cast iron pans. I can't recommend the drinks as I was hoping for an "out of this world" margarita but was sorely disappointed (especially for $25). Don't forget, water and beer are provided while in the Jeep with your guide, but drinks at the lunch spot are extra. While at this resort, there's plenty of shade but also plenty of beach chairs to sit in the sun. Swimming and snorkeling were available and many inflatables were out in the ocean to play on. The music was fun and atmosphere lively. At the end of the tour Fernando asked if there was anything special we'd like to see, do or ask about (ask about black coral). He went out of his way to help me find a photo book that I collect when we travel. Unfortunately we couldn't find one, but I appreciated greatly the effort and consideration he took to try to accommodate my request! This tour was a delight. No big group, one on one conversations and truly a personal experience. We spent the day in an air conditioned vehicle, stayed clean driving through the mud (unlike ATV tours) and headed back to our ship with a smile and renewed respect for Cozumel. Well done, Fernando and Jeep Tours!

Sergio was awesome!! Took us around Cozumel and showed us different areas. Saw 2 crocodiles and was able to hold an iguana. Would highly recommend using this company and ask for Sergio.
