This was a great way to see the city so we knew where we wanted to go back and visit. We had limited time so we did this the first day of our trip.

This tour is a good way to see different parts of the city. It is in Spanish (which we knew when booking) so unfortunately we didn’t understand a lot of the audio, but if you followed the route on Google maps you could get the gist of it. We did both routes, each takes about 1.5 hrs, and to clarify, it is not a hop on, hop off bus. You board the bus in front of Catedral de San Ildefonso. There is a ticket person and he was very good in organizing the queue for boarding and ensuring everyone got their receipt.

This sightseeing tour of the city of Merida is well worth the time and money. It helps to get acquainted with this beautiful city and also enjoy a very pleasant ride, especially because it's a HOHO type of bus.

Some of the seats upstairs were not clean. There was bird poop and debris on a few of the seats. Since this is a tourist attraction, and some tourists do not speak Spanish, there should have been an option to select a different language to listen to the guide.

Lovely tour. Bus was modern and clean. I signed up for English but was only given in Spanish. Other than that it was well moderated and decripted. The music and Bombas (jokes) added to flavor of tour.

The beautiful architecture and scenery….and the various changes in each part of the city.. okay already…that’s what I have to say..

This tour was nothing like what was sold to us: it only had one route, not two; it only had 2 stops instead of 12 as shown. It was also more expensive than if we had bought it at the bus and did not offer a senior discount as the provider does.

Excellent tour of the main points of interest of the City of Merida. Bus in good condition, friendly staff. I recommend preventing yourself with protection from the sun and heat, such as hat, umbrella, blocker.

The bus makes two very similar rounds and you can never get off at the points of interest except at the cathedral and Paseo 60. All in Spanish. I, who had a problem with my leg, used it to get an idea.

For the price, it was perfect for a city tour with some explanations. It was so hot that it was great in the late afternoon.
