Great tour! Learned some history along the way to the temples. Donna was the best! Make sure you grab breakfast before you head out. Transportation to/from meeting point was a plus. Our hotel in Sukhumvit wasn't listed, but they were able to accommodate.

Ken was a fantastic guide today! He was full of energy, jokes, and historical knowledge. It was a fantastic tour itself and the only difference was that the river tour started in Bangkok due to the monsoon from other countries impacting Thailand. The only sour note was the 'Karen' on our tour. She found something to complain about at every stop, including calling the food on the river cruise 'disgusting' and she 'wouldn't serve that'. Ken was extremely gracious in dealing with her. A few of us went up to Ken after the tour to tell him he did a fantastic job.

Very good organized, tour guide Dona excellent, sightseeing a bit disappointing, followed by 2 hour lunch cruise. Got picked up at hotel at 645 to the meeting point leaving 745 for the 1.5 hour smooth bus ride. Tour guide gave lots of explanations in good english. Despite our read up before, although the sights were still interesting, the left over structures/ruins are few. Dona's explanations made up a lot! 3rd stop at a rather modern lying Buddha was useless for us, especially when the temple next door looked much more facinating. Bus ride back instead by boot because high river water level. Back at 2pm. The following 2+ hour lunch cruise from the River Center was compensating for any short comings. Great view and pretty good buffett.

Great trip. Jome shared with many interesting fact about Thailand and its history. Knowleadgeable about temples and buddism. Lunch on the river is also a great experience and very nice for making photos of Bangkok from the river.

Tour was very easy so suitable for all travellers. But guide didn't cover the history of the site comprehensively or logically, so I'm going to need to Google what we got shown round. Other wise, nice day out.

Was only supposed to be 12 people max was 23 nearly double . Otherwise excellent tour guide very knowledgeable and helpful. Temples were wonderful. Cruise was very good and the food much better than we expected. Its just a shame there were so many people We chose this trip because of the number and could have paid less if we wanted a bigger group. It meant the guide had less individual time and at times was difficult to hear.

Pick up from hotel was prompt and we arrived at bus with plenty of time before departure. The temples were impressive. Very nice to see the history. River cruise lunch was okay. Spent a lot of time on the bus to get to temples and for the return. As with all excursions time on-site is limited. If you need something to do for the day it was a nice experience.

It was a good day out, guide and driver both very good. Food on boat nice. The bus trip felt rushed we would have liked to go into the modern temple. Boat ride too long

From the moment we got in the bus Donna was so sweet and made sure everyone felt welcome…Her knowledge, charisma and passion for her culture which she shared with everyone…she explains things along the way and made sure we all enjoyed the day!!!

Worth the price. No complaints. The coach will depart from the 7-eleven that is next to River City. We departed yesterday at 8am, having waited for everyone to arrive. Donna did a great job leading the tour. Very informative. This tour is a convenient way to see these sights. We felt that we had ample time at each location. Ninety minute drive each way. Due to elevated water levels caused by recent flooding, the river boat was unable to cruise south from Ayutthaya. So instead, we drove back to River City following the tour. There we boarded a river boat for the two-hour lunch cruise. The buffet lunch was delicious; many options and there was plenty of food for everyone. The catering staff on board the boat was hospitable, professional and courteous. Not a gimmick. Our tour yesterday ran for exactly eight hours; 8am to 4pm. I do recommend this tour.
