Our driver Stephen was exceptionally polite, helpful, and very knowledgeable of Giraffes! Our visit to Giraffe Centre was purely amazing experience. Beads place was most interesting, Boma dance was absolutely entertaining! They danced with so much energy, vibrance, and culture, and I could not stop myself from joining in...as always enjoyed a good dance !! Experience we recommend you do as it's well worth it!!

The tour was a delight. To be able to have such close contact with giraffe and elephants at the same time as contributing to their survival was a treat. Stephen was great. He got me to the giraffe centre as it opened so that I could have undisturbed time feeding the giraffe. Stephen always made sure I had a good view of what I was visiting, and he took some great photos for me as a solo traveller. The bead making was fascinating...it is so good to visit projects that aim to empower women. Finally the dancing was fun. Stephen made the trip for me. He was thoughtful and kind and took great care of me

We spent a great day with our wonderful guide Stephen Mutuku. The giraffe experience was nice, but has become very commercialized. They only feed the baby elephants once a day so you had to be there by 11 o’clock with a large crowd forming. It was fun to see the baby elephants being fed by gigantic baby bottles and playing in the mud hole. From there, we went to the bead making place which was interesting and then onto lunch and a very large gift shop. It was a nice day.

All I can say is : take the time to visit the center. What a wonderful experience to be able to feed these majestic animals a treat and to be so close up to them. Stay for the short but insightful lecture given by the game warden, read the available information. What a wonderful and educational experience. The entrance fee is very reasonable. Well worth your time!

The Giraffe Center and the elephant rescue were definitely worth it — amazing! The Kobe bead factory was nice for gifts. I would’ve skipped the dancing — it was under a tent in a parking lot.

John was an amazing tour guide. So funny and caring towards our two small children. And the elephants!! So cute! This is the company to go with for a stress-free, informative + friendly experience.

Great day with a really knowledgeable and friendly guide, Esteph! Esteph was very helpful in taking photos and organising the day so the timings worked well to avoid the crowds. Would definitely recommend.

Had the absolute pleasure of being guided by Stephen Mutuku during our visit to the Elephant Orphanage, Giraffe Center, and around Nairobi. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and patient, but he also became more of a friend than just a guide. He made sure we were comfortable every step of the way, shared stories and insights that brought the experience to life, and made our visit truly memorable. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth stood out—and I genuinely hope more people get to meet and be guided by him. Highly recommended—if you’re visiting Nairobi, ask for Stephen by name. Thank you again, brother. You made our day.

I enjoyed my day out. I love to see the elephants. We went to the Karen Blixen museum and not the Bomas of Kenya. I had a personal driver/guide who drove very well and had information about the places we went to. I was taken to a very nice place for lunch - just a shame it rained on and off all day so I had to sit inside.
