Wonderful experience! I highly recommend this tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable concerning the animals and facts about them. He was also very considerate to our needs and helpful.

Samuel was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was great at helping me spot the animals and explaining the details of them.

Traffic problems turned this 12-hour trip into a nearly 16-hour trip. Obviously the tour company is not to blame for an accident that made traffic horrendous, but i would have expected them to check traffic reports before picking me up because the accident had occurred during the night. I would have preferred for the company to notify me of the issue and offer to cancel or reschedule. James and Wilson did a good job navigating around the traffic, taking back roads to get to each lake. They were good guides and I have no complaints with them. However, this really isn’t a good day trip. By the time we arrived at Lake Nakuru, it was too hot and late in the day for many animals to be out. I think that would have been true even without the traffic delays. Lake Naivasha was the best part of the day. I was there for a sunset boat ride and managed to see many hippos, both in and out of the water.

This was our 1st ever safari and we absolutely loved it! Our driver and guide Samuel drove us safely through to the national park. He was very kind and considerate, and stopped to ensure that we could take pictures of all the animals. Samuel had a very keen eye and was very observant - he spotted a baboon in a tree from 300m away. We saw flamingo, hippo, zebra, giraffe, rhino, lion and hyena. Samuel was lovely and so patient with us and we would recommend this.

Trip could have been more comfortable, if the vehicle used was a proper safari vehicle. Had a wonderful experience visiting the park and have some nice photos to remember it by, including photos of some of the ‘Big 5’.

Lake Nakuru was absolutely stunning. We encountered countless buffalo, zebras, impalas, baboons, and a wide variety of bird species. Festus and Larisa were exceptional guides—they were incredibly knowledgeable about the wildlife and made the experience even more enjoyable with their great company. Although the road to the lake was quite bumpy, the journey was more than worth it.

Unfortunately due to lake flooding there were no flamingos. Disappointing but was the guide knew this but lead us on the whole trip. Guide was a horrendous driver, he made us very car sick in the first few minutes due to the constant stop start on the accelerator. Animals very disappointing in the NP, very hard as had come off fabulous 5 day safari in Uganda. Guide took us to dodge place for lunch, all a scam so he got a free lunch. When we went on boat ride in the lake which was pretty dreadful, there was a lovely place there we could have had lunch. Don’t know guides real name, he just introduced himself as Black Santa. Saying all of that, because it was so bad, we have never laughed so much in our life, what else could we do… Roof keep collapsing, and he was too lazy to keep putting it back up..
