We want to sincerely thank Samantha for pass three days spend guiding us through her beautiful city Harbin. It was a real pleasure to have Samantha with us, not only because of her extensive knowledge and professionalism, but also because of her kindness, patience, and warm personality. Samantha made each day both enjoyable and enriching, and we truly appreciated her flexibility, thoughtful recommendations, and all the little touches that made our visit so special. Thanks to Samantha, we will leave with unforgettable memories, a deeper understanding of the local culture, and a genuine fondness of the city. It wouldn’t have been the same without Samantha! Sera was an amazing guide for my NYE adventure to the Ice and Snow Festival in Harbin 🥶 She communicated well, was waiting for me in my hotel lobby, and was well organized with tickets and information. I will definitely reach out next year when I come back to Harbin. 10/10 recommend!

Sera our tour guide is helpful and thoughtful. She proposed to set out earlier so that we can enjoy the beauty of the snow and ice world which also allows us to catch the fireworks at 8.30pm which is amazing. She sponsored us to take the metro which makes it more convenient to beat the traffic and avoid the crowd. Thanks alot Sera for the flexible and thoughtful arrangement.

We are couples from Singapore and spend our summer holiday in Harbin, Harbin is very cool in summer, we think that it is great place for hot summer, we booked 1- Day Harbin private tour, the tour guide took us looking around the city with her explanation.

I went a few years ago actually but I can't enter the dates on the drop down. I was shown around the ice world and also the snow sculptures by Samantha and one of her assistants. It's a stunning and spectacular vista, and Harbin itself with its interesting Russian history and shops is worth a visit in itself.

This was a great tour and Harbin is an amazing place. My tour guide, Sera, was friendly, efficient and helpful. The tour was awesome and really made me thinking that I was seeing the best that Harbin had to offer.

A great tour which took in ice swimming in the frozen river. and a trip to russian town and a walk around the town and a nice meal in a four generation resturant. Then another walk around the very interesting old quater. We were looked after very well by English speakin Johhna and driver Garry.

First of all Samantha was súper helpfull, kind and understanding because our first arranged flight to Harbin was cancelled so we hace to re scheduled our visit and Samantha easily re scheduled the date of our private tour, she speaks perfect english and its súper easy to comunicate with her by we chat. Next Mr. Zou was our day guide, allthough he doesnt speak english, we can communicate easily with his phone and transistor. The car was in perfect condition, clean and confortable. Mr Zou arranged everything for us, the itinerary of the day, and the tickets of the parks (sun island and ice & snow world without any wait and without lines), he took us to visit Sofia's church also and to have a good lunch. His attention was friendly, amazing and outstanding. I highly recommend this tour for people that want to visit Harbin in 1 day or 2!!! Everything was perfect!!! We where a family of 4 and came from México City.

We had Maggie Liu as our tour guide for the day. We booked 2 separate day tours and she took us on both. Picked us up from our front door and took us to Sun Island, Tiger park and the Ice festival that first day. Maggie was wonderful with our three children, 10/12/14. My youngest said that if we have to give Maggie a review, to give her a good one. Maggie assisted us through all the entries which made this a seamless easy experience. She helped our children navigate snow for the first time. She also took us to Volga Manor and showed us around for a second day. We had forgotten our medication and Maggie took me to a chemist to buy some more during the day. Very good English and a Harbin local. Samantha, the organiser was always quick to answer our queries and arranged private transport back the train station on short notice. Very professional and easy to deal with. Highly recommend this tour group.
