Les attractions visitées étaient nombreuses et de qualité, avec, bien sûr, une mention spéciale pour le Ice and snow world (magique la nuit) et les superbes sculptures sur neige de Sun island ou sur glace. Parc des tigres de Sibérie et Aquarium/zoo étonnants. Baigneurs dans l'eau glacée hilarants ! Notre guide, Joanna, a été très prévenante et très intéressante. Notre chauffeur, Mr Dong, très sûr et très attentionné. Excellente équipe ! Nous gardons un merveilleux souvenir de notre voyage à Harbin.

Everything was very well prepared, and the tour guide and driver were very professional and friendly. We enjoyed so much all the days. I will definitely recommend this trip to people and I will suggest them to contact this travel agency if they want to take a trip as wonderful as ours.

Our guide Sera was excellent. She made sure we were always prepared for the winter cold. She also always managed to get us to the front of the line and saved us a lot of time. Other times she saved us money by getting us in free since we were over 70. Highly recommend her.

Despite Harbin's extreme cold, we had a fantastic day there thanks to our knowledgeable and attentive tour guide, Joanna. She brought us to several excellent local restaurants and gave us a lot of information about everything. Mr. Chen, the driver, was also a really pleasant person. We did ice and snow festival private tour on 2023 winter,Harbin is too cold for us, we come from a tropical country, but Harbin tourism is very mature, travel agency has comprehensive service;purchase attraction entry ticket, warm winter clothes rental from top to toes , airport transfer, private vehicle with driver, all these services help us a lot for this Harbin winter trip, the previous worries did not happen. We hightly recommend you to travel to Harbin and free worry.

Our family went to the trip in 2019 (I couldn’t choose the year since I wrote it after a long time) and the tour guide was very welcoming and brought us to many different places and gave us a great introduction to Harbin. The tour guide’s English is good and we had a great time enjoying the places and the local food she introduced to us. Wonderful.

We are American from Guangzhou. Samantha helps us arrange Harbin tours. Our family have a very happy winter holiday, for the 2 days’ itinerary and ice and snow activities are relaxed and free. We have done what we planned with Samantha Private Tour. Our children like to run on the snow ground, and there are many experiments about different ice and snow activities like snow tubing, ice slide, riding bikes on ice…. Children are very excited and happy. Samantha take our family to a clean and no-smoking restaurant for lunch, the food tastes very good, my children also like it.
