Guide sympathique et compétent. Interactions intéressantes avec le public. Le guide parle beaucoup mais nous montre finalement assez peu de choses et les billets d'entrée dans les musées ne sont pas valables au delà du jour de la visite.

This was a very informative tour and we loved our tour guide. She was knowledgeable and didn't need to consult notes. The town hall is closed for renovations though and we didn't know that in advance. Also, trip advisor claims this is wheelchair accessible and it most assuredly is not.

Wonderful tour that covered a lot. Lisa was great in communicating everything on the history of both Augsburg and the Fugger family.

Gudrun our guide had perfect English. She was knowledgeable about the city. Despite the pouring rain our group of four had 2 hours of history walking across the city. We ended at the Fuggerei. We were able to stay in the complex and look at leisure at the end of the tour.

What a terrific tour with Ziggy. His English was excellent and he took more than two hours to take us around the city. He answered all our questions and didn’t rush the group. We were thrilled to learn the history of the city, the incredible water system and the importance of the Fugger family. Even Martin Luther and W A Mozart have a role here! The visit to the Fuggerei was the highlight of the tour. This is one of the best city tours we have ever taken.

Tour was originally planned in German. However the guide manage to do it in both English and German. Slow pace which helps a lot to see viewings did not rush and managed to see all even expending a little more time than expected.

It was a really good time. Our was a little group. and we talked a walk through the istory of the city in a really relaxed atmosphere. I can easily raccomand this tour firs for the kindness of the guide and second for the many istorical attractions wich you are going to discover with the help of the guide. really interesting.

A great way to learn about the city! The tour guide was knowledgable and friendly. She clearly loves the town. Highly recommend this tour if you have a short time in Augsburg.

The tour guide kept his program light, but had nevertheless well-founded answers also to questions outside his chosen topics. In other words, we found him fit also as a historian of the city. The time spent at the Brecht Museum and especially the museal details we were confronted with at the Fuggerei were excessive in our eyes. The trivia about the youngest Fugger family members were not to our taste. As new residents of Augsburg we were able to insert ourselves in a larger historical and, through hydrographcs, geographical context.
