Guangzhou Révélée: Tour Privé Inoubliable, Ancien & Nouveau

Nous avons réservé la visite privée d'une journée complète: Incroyables anciens et nouveaux points forts de Guangzhou et notre guide Wenmay était génial! Elle et le chauffeur ont rencontré notre famille dans notre Airbnb situé à Canton Fair. Nous avons été chauffés en toute sécurité dans un mini bus. Nos parents ont plus de 80 ans et notre guide et chauffeur nous a apporté beaucoup d'attention et de soins personnels pour nous tous. Wenmay a recommandé un restaurant local pour le déjeuner et la nourriture était authentique et délicieuse! Les achats locaux étaient merveilleux. Nous avons acheté au poids le chrysanthème aux prix de gros. A également acheté du papier d'emballage de Noël spécialement conçu avec des arcs assortis (cordes de traction). Si nous avions plus de temps pour magasiner, j'aurais beaucoup plus d'achats. Nous avons visité le magnifique temple Sun Yet et avons beaucoup appris sur ce leader, il était très respecté. Sa femme est la sœur d'un autre leader qui n'a pas été aimé. C'était très intéressant. J'aimerais revenir et visiter à nouveau!

Sammi était merveilleuse, elle s’est occupée de moi et nous avons atteint tous mes objectifs (shopping et marchandage d’art et d’artisanat sur des marchés choisis par moi)! Et je crois comprendre qu’elle était une guide de secours, en raison de ma demande de dernière minute. . . Elle n'avait pas l'air d'une sauvegarde, mon expérience était géniale! Le bureau m'a contacté par SMS avec une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais et est resté en contact jusqu'à ce que Sammi et moi nous soyons bien rencontrés. Je recommanderais ce service, même pour des visites "simples", des magasins, des musées, etc. Il est très important d'avoir un local parlant anglais avec vous!

This is a long overdue review. We travelled to Guangzhou in Nov. 2025 and booked our tour thru Sunny Tours. We cannot say enough about our tour guide Sunny. She is so accommodating and really great in giving us like background/history of places that we visited. She met us at the train station and made sure we were all taken care of before leaving the station in Guangzhou. The high speed rail station can be a little overwhelming for first time travellers and especially if you do not read or speak Chinese. Sunny stayed with us until all got into the waiting area before leaving. We all had an amazing time in Guangzhou. Thank you to Sunny and Sunny Tours. Highly recommend them if you are looking to tour in Guangzhou.

Wenmay did an amazing job arranging a photography session in traditional Chinese outfits — exactly as we requested! The location, costumes, make up and photos were all perfectly coordinated, making it such a memorable experience. The photos turned out wonderful! She also accommodated all our last minute requests and brought us to a local food fest in Guangzhou, where we got to taste a wide variety of authentic dishes. She was thoughtful, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly. We truly enjoyed the day — highly recommended for a personalised and enjoyable experience!

It was a great experience! Sunny (our tourist guide) was very knowledgeable about the history of the places and curiosities. I strongly recommend to request her for this experience.

We had an amazing day seeing the sights of Guangzhou on this tour. Our tour guide, Wenmay, was friendly, super helpful, and so informative with the history of each area we visited. We managed to go to: Canton Tower (observation area and pay extra to do the bubble tram because it’s worth it), Yongqingfang area, Jade market, Shamian Island, Bruce Lee’s father’s old home, and a few other pass by areas during this tour. We customized it to our needs since we had gone to a few other popular tourist attractions ourselves. The tour company was extremely responsive via Viator message and even accommodated our last minute pick up time change and drop off request to the airport. My suggestion is to do a bit a research to get a sense of what you may want to see, then ask the tour company for additional suggestions to build an itinerary that will suit your needs and stay within a reasonable timeframe. I highly recommend this tour company and ask for Wenmay as your guide because she is friendly, gracious and highly knowledgeable!

We had booked for two earlier, and then we had two others who were joining us. Sunny Tours kindly allowed us to switch our reservation for 2 for one for 4 just a few days before, and that is much appreciated. Our guide was very nice and informative. Our only complaint is that though the tour explicitly includes "Entrance ticket to Chen Clan Ancestral Hall" (in fact, it lists it twice) it was not actually included because it's closed on Tuesdays. Well, that's certainly understandable and I can't fault Sunny Tours for not getting us in - but we didn't find out that we couldn't get in until the day of the tour (and - a little nitpicky here maybe - we still paid the same price as if it were included). It seems to me that if it's always closed on Tuesdays this could be communicated to visitors whenever they try to book on a Tuesday.

Both Wenmay and her driver went out of their way to provide a day tour to explore the area our mother grew up in Beijaio and Fusan, just outside of Guangzhou. Wenmay's commentary was very informative , she also took lots of photos of us 2, we experienced an amazing Cantonese lunch - the best meal we had during our holiday in China! Wenmay knew we were short of time and went the extra mile to show us the Xiguan area even though it was getting late. I would highly recommend Wenmay as a guide, she was 10 stars out of 5! Also thanks to Sunny tours for answering our message late at night when our plane was diverted. Sunny kindly rescheduled our tour to the following day and that was a huge relief . Thank you to Sunny also for allowing us to plan our own itinerary and for always replying our messages and questions. We will never forget the kindness of Wenmay - she was very friendly and spoke very good English. A big thank you too for Sunny Tours!
