We were booked on the 1pm cruise and it turned out we were the only two passengers. Jackie kindly called to let us know they would need to cancel — completely understandable — but when she heard it was a surprise birthday present for my friend, everything changed. She asked us to pop into the office, personally congratulated my friend, handed us drink vouchers and said, “Leave it with me.” And she meant it. Jackie managed to book two more guests so the cruise could go ahead — operating the tour just for the four of us. That level of care and effort is so rare and so appreciated. On board, Skipper Callan and Zali were simply outstanding. From big birthday hugs to a complimentary drink and the warmest, sweetest energy, they made my friend feel incredibly special. Nothing felt rushed or transactional — it felt genuine, thoughtful and joyful. The whole experience was relaxed, fun and beautifully personal. It absolutely made my friend’s day — she was completely over the moon. If you’re looking for not just a canal cruise but an experience filled with heart, kindness and exceptional service, this is it. Very pleasant way to spend an hour. Looking at lovely waterside houses with lots of info from captain. Lovely to see the 2 young children on board having a go at steering the boat.

This was a lovely experience🌸 We made a fun night of it by going to the surf club then a leisurely walk to the wharf. The breeze in your hair and great service. The friendly crew made for a memorable moment. Thank you Canal Cruises

Lovely relaxing cruise around the canals. Good commentary and information from the skipper. The boat was clean and comfortable with a good drinks service onboard.

Went on the 11am 1 hr cruise. My husband and I really enjoyed it even though it was a very windy day. The boat was fine no rocking. The staff were fabulous and informative about the waterways and homes. Very relaxing . Highly recommend if you’re visiting Maloolaba . There are lots of restaurants to choose from when you finish at the dock. Catering for everyone. We had a lovely seafood platter at pawn star . Wonderful day out .

We have been on this cruise on numerous occasions and it never disappoints. Thoroughly enjoyable and informative, and the skipper, "Ken's" knowledge is second to none and his commentary is fantastic and amusing at the same time. Best cruise going around in Mooloolaba.

A leisurely sail around 2 man made islands for the rich and famous. Some serious money spent on these houses! For $35 each for an hours cruise was reasonable. A very knowledgeable crew on the commentary. Got to see Croc One The late Steve Irwin’s boat
