Kawah Putih: Évasion Volcanique – Lac Blanc à Couper le Souffle

Great tour of the beautiful surroundings of Bandung. From the tea fields and coffee plantations to the active volcanic crater (somewhat eerie). We visited the natural hit springs for a mudbath and soak in a hot natural pool surrounded by the jungle. Our guide was very nice, knowledgeable and attentive. He knew how to avoid the crowds even on a busy Sunday. The driver was very safe. The bus was comfortable. Thank you for a beautiful day!

We had a very nice day! First visit to the krater with a small hike going to the top, which has a better view than at the lake itself. But very little people took this route. After we also got to try a nice local ginger drink. We went down to the krater lake took some pictures. Then we drove to the hotsprings, also very nice. Umien was great tourguide with lots of knowledge and trying his best to make the day perfect.

We went on a tour with Umien to kawah putih. Umien is very knowledgeable and took us to all the best sites. We walked through a tea field, briefly hiked up a mountain to have an excellent view of the surroundings, and ended the tour with a wholesome mud bath. We learned a lot from Umien. Definitely recommend his tour(s)…

Umien delivers a very pleasant day and as promised in the ad. He helped taking pictures and watched my belongings when taking a mud bath.

We booked a tour with Umien and it did not disappoint! He picked us up at our hotel and had an entire day plannend out for us. We saw Kawah Putih which was absolutely amazing and visited the hot springs. We also went to a tea farm with great views. He took us for coffee (kopi Luwak) with an amazing view and in between activities he took us to have lunch (also very good food!). Umien is very open and relaxed, knows alot about the area, speaks English very well and he is transparent about his prices and absolutely fair. The drivers he got us we're also great! I have recommended Umien to my friends and would definitely recommend you get him too! Thank you for everything Umien, we had a great time! See you next time!

This was a fabulous day trip giving us a fantastic insight into the people and places of the south side of Bandung The scenery was amazing with the tour guide taking us on great ( but low effort)treks to some of the features of the area. Beng was a first class tour guide who entertainingly showed us the big sights as well as some of the smaller hidden gems One of the best tours we have done! Wel done Beng and our driver!

A friend and I went on this tour this week and were very impressed by the knowledgeable and friendly guide and driver, alongside the attractions themselves. Kawah Putih is a mystical place and they also offer very interesting insights into the lives of local people/the rice and coffee industries, which I think are impossible to access on bigger tours or just a personal journey. I also recommend the mud bathing and hot spring, and the hikes to get there are manageable and scenic! Absolutely well worth booking this trip.
