Morro Branco, Fontes, Canoa: Votre Journée Plage Inoubliable!

Nous avons lu d’excellents commentaires donc nous avons cherché l agence à Fortaleza (pas évident). Nous avons choisi l’excursion 3 plages pour 95R$ par personne négociée à 85R$/pers. Nous étions 4. Nous voilà embarqués dans un minibus avec une dizaine d’autres touristes. Personne ne parle français, anglais ou espagnol…bon, nous passons à côté de toutes les explications…arrivés à la 1ere étape, c’est « l’option » buggy a 95R$/pers. Bon, si on ne le fait pas, aucun intérêt…puis visite avec un guide de Morro Branco (rajouter pourboire), passage par tous les commerçants du coin qui essayent de nous vendre leur produits…pour finir à Canoa Quebrada dans un club de touristes en bord de plage. On est vite partis visiter le village un peu dépités. Résultat : le prix véritable est bien de 180R$/pers et rajouter les pourboires guide et chauffeur (au moins 30R$) et le repas. Les paysages étaient très beaux et l accompagnatrice très gentille, mais quand même l’impression d’avoir été pris pour des porte monnaie (seuls européens en plus !) en ayant aucune traduction de rien alors que nous parlons 3 langues. Le trip mini bus de groupe n’est vraiment pas pour nous mais les locaux avaient l air d’apprécier.

The beaches were beautiful. The tour was very well planned. The places however were very touristy though. Would have prefered a more local and authentic experience. The tour guide Andrea was very nice, pleasent and helpful. Even though it was supposed to be a Portugese-speaking guided tour, she made the extra effort to communicate with us in English. Thank you Andrea. The time 6h is only for the excursion. Including the back and forth transportation, you must allocate 10-11 hrs for the entire journey.

Great value for money. Even though I don’t understand Portuguese, the different spots we visited and the additional boogie tour I paid was definitely worth it.

We had, for us, a really unique experience and probably wouldn't change much since we had a fantastic day! I highly recommend this trip with the sand buggy. We hired Vitorino Tourismo to do a custom tour to pick us up at the ship in Fortaleza. I booked a year in advance and over that period it took 50 texts and emails to get answers and get details straight. I was therefore nervous that they would actually show up. They did, in a bus that was older than expected, the guide's microphone worked sporadically but it didn't matter much since we couldn't understand the guide's accent and we asked her just to relax and enjoy the ride. She was at the port very early and was eager to please. We were taken to a place just out of town (Morro Branco) to pick up our six buggies then we rode in procession, as fast as any car, through town - no seat belt, no helmet and no waiver to sign. Despite being told we wanted no shopping experience the guide then walked us off the road to the stalls, so once I realized this, I motioned to her and our party of 24 to move back to the walkway (everyone was relieved since this would have added to our limited time). The walk down to the beach was longer than expected, for most it was really worth it, others who were not in good shape, struggled holding up the rest of the group. The buggy ride was exhilarating, so was stopping to swim briefly in the warm ocean and at the pond. We ended at a beachside restaurant the guide suggested and felt no pressure to purchase, but many did anyway. The bus met us there at Praia das Fontes and took us back to the ship so we didn't need to double back to Morro Branco. Vitorino Tourismo tour cost was extremely reasonable about one-third of the ship's tour that didn't do as much and doubled back to Morro Branco. Again, I'd highly recommend this company. You just need to persevere with the booking and learn from our experience. Oh one last thing, one couple had their credit card compromised paying the buggy company (separate from the tour company). The couple said it was the first time they used the card.

Positive aspects of our experience: - confirmation about the address pick up and time, bus on time. - the guide seemed to be nice (but we couldn't understand what she was saying). - Canoe Quebrada & Morro Branco sightseeing are wonderful. Negative aspects of our experience: - we booked for a French guide tour and we got a Portuguese speaker one. Unfortunately we don't speak the Language so it was really hard to understand everything what was going on. Kindly the people on the bus helped translating in English. - the guide tried to sell us the buggy activity (95$R) that is supposed to be optional but she was very insisting saying we wouldn't see the colors of we were walking (which wasn't true). She insisted many times and seemed very annoyed we didn't book it. - they don't tell you but the Praia dos frontes, you can only see it if you do the buggy tour. So unfortunately we didn't get the chance to see it and had no explanation. It's not 3 playa day but only 2 and if you want 3 you pay 95$ extra but it wasn't clear and not presented like this in the website. - we got back on time at 11am after exploring the Morro branco cliffs, but she said the other people doing the buggy trip wouldn't be back before 12pm so we waited one hour doing nothing while we could have walked more into the beautiful cliffs. - I tried to contact the customer service for some help to change to another English speaking bus maybe but they weren't very helpful, saying the tour operator wasn't getting back to them. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend.

Dilma é uma excelente guia, alegre, animada, gentil e cuidadosa. O passeio foi ótimo e a empresa é boa. Ônibus limpo e em boas condições, motorista gente boa.

Fizemos um passeio maravilhoso, muito bem assessorado por nossa guia Dilma Fontes, que é incrível, fez ótimas observações, sempre com muita animação, e com ótimas dicas e conselhos. Foi um dia maravilhoso. Pudemos conhecer várias praias lindas, almoçamos no Antônio do coco que estava uma delícia. E fomos e voltamos em segurança com nosso motorista. Fizemos o passeio em um microônibus muito confortável. Super recomendo o passeio, principalmente com a nossa guia maravilhosa Dilma Fontes.

Experiência maravilhosa, a guia Dilma foi incrível, pontualidade, simpatia e alegria descrevem. As falésias são ainda mais lindas pessoalmente. Indico super fazer o passeio opcional de buggy nas falésias. Antônio do coco, onde paramos pra almoçar e passar um tempo, tem um espaço bem legal, com piscina, ducha, música ao vivo. Tem self-service, porém nós optamos por pedir um peixe e camarão que estavam divinos! E "vamos ser felizes" como a Dilma sempre diz rs
