Ranthambore : Safari Tigre Exclusif 3h. Émotion Pure!

Grande méfiance avec le choix des zones à visiter ! Notre agence avait (MondeAsie - Paris) avait réservé pour nous et lors de nos 2 safaris, nous n'avons visité que les 2 zones 10 et 6 où il n'y a pas de tigres ! (infos données par un guide le lendemain). Nous n'avons donc vu que des Sambars, des Chitar (cerfs tachetés), des Nilgauts, des singes, 1 crocodile et 1 Ours lippu .... Bref : grosse déception !

Le parc est divisé en 10 zones: 1 à 5 sont les zones historiques et les plus belles pour les paysages. Ce sont aussi celles où vous avez le plus de chances d’apercevoir un tigre. La zone 3 est la plus recherchée mais peut-être plus chère (non officiellement). Méfiez vous absolument des agences de Delhi qui sous-traitent à un sous traitant qui sous traite à un local qui réserve sans contact avec vous (dans notre cas, il avait réservé deux fois la zone 10, une poubelle! -voir photo). Préférez vous adresser directement au meilleur guide naturaliste que nous avons eu: Dinesh +91 97853 84313.

Excellente protection du tigre grâce au soutien du gouvernement du Rajasthan. La visibilité des tigres est dans toutes les zones.

Highly recommend booking with Ranthambore Tiger. Booking was easy which I did before coming to India. Everything ran smoothly. We did 3 safaris (2 evening and 1 morning). Went in the canter as they were allocated zones 1-5. We saw a tiger in both of the evening safaris (zone 5 and zone 3). It was really hot (40C) but worth it. Make sure you have plenty water and sun hat for protection against the sun if going in evening safari during the hot months. The guides knew the area and tigers well. Some vehicles left at the end of the safari without seeing any tiger. Our guide knew there was a high chance of seeing a tiger as it was spotted in the morning at a water hole and likely to return in the evening. And there it came. Thank you, I would 100% book again.

Seeing tigers in the wild was our primary reason for visiting, but we saw so much more and the whole experience massively exceeded our expectations. The drive through the beautiful scenery was exciting and I have no doubt the skills, experience and expertise of our driver and guide ensured we saw so much. Not just tigers; we also saw bears, crocodiles and many other wonderful animals. It was fantastic!

The Ranthambore National Park was a very quiet forest/park. Saw many lovely birds, the Indian Sloth Bear, crocodile, Sambar deer, etc. The Safari rides were also enjoyable (both in the Gypsy Jeep Safari and the Canter Truck Safari).

This tour was outstanding! The tour operator was very communicative ahead of time and made sure we knew where to be and when. During the tour, our driver and guide were great - we saw three tigers during the morning tour. We also saw boar, crocodiles, deer, monkeys, and a lot of different birds. Would definitely recommend!
