Nous avons passé un bon moment lors de notre escale à San Salvador. Il était facile de trouver leur kiosque à l'aéroport. Nos noms étaient très visibles. Nous avons rapidement été escortés par le contrôle de l'immigration. Notre guide, Eduardo D az, nous a rencontrés de l’autre côté et nous a conduits à la voiture. La berline 4 portes ordinaire était confortable pour nous deux et notre guide. Pendant environ 20 minutes de route du centre-ville, Eduardo nous a parlé de l'histoire et de la situation politique actuelle du pays. Son anglais était très bon. C'est un étudiant universitaire passionné par son métier. Nous avons passé du temps à nous promener dans le centre-ville et à visiter des églises vraiment intéressantes. Nous nous sommes arrêtés dans un merveilleux café. Pas besoin de s'inquiéter de changer de l'argent. Le dollar américain est la monnaie officielle. Après cela, nous sommes allés au très beau parc volcanique. Belle randonnée facile, de belles vues. Sur le chemin du retour à l’aéroport, Eduardo s’arrêta dans un étonnant restaurant pupusa. Absolument délicieux! Eduardo ne nous permettrait pas de payer nos repas. C'était sa friandise. En route pour l'aéroport. Facile par l'immigration et sur le plan sans problème. Nous n'avons eu que 7 heures de repos, car Avianca a reporté notre vol à Medellin. Je souhaite que nous avons plus de temps. Il y a plus de choses à voir. Nous ne pourrions pas être plus heureux avec Eduardo D az et son chauffeur. Je recommande vivement leurs services si vous vous trouvez à San Salvador.

We had a great experience with this tour company. They were quick to respond to our emails and flexible in adjusting the itinerary as needed. Communication was strong throughout—we received all the important details ahead of time, including a call from the tour guide, which made us feel reassured, especially since we had a tight layover and had to return to the airport promptly. The tour was private and perfectly coordinated. Our guide was waiting for us and the car arrived quickly. The ride was smooth, safe, fast, and comfortable. The guide was very knowledgeable about El Salvador’s history, culture, and local life, and he was also entertaining and easy to talk to. His English was excellent, which made a big difference, especially after past experiences with other tour companies where language was a barrier. We visited all the planned stops without delays (El Boqueron and The Picnic), took great photos and videos, and appreciated how the tour adapted to our pace. The drop-off at Picnic SteakHouse to see the rainbow slide was a fun bonus, and we enjoyed learning not just about the volcano El Boqueron which we visited, but others nearby too. The vehicle was clean and payment was easy—we could use a credit card in USD, which was convenient. In just five hours, we gained a deep and personal insight into the country and even got some pretty souvenirs. We never had to wait, and the car was always close to entrances and exits. Overall, a fantastic tour experience that we would recommend to anyone wanting a fast, safe, affordable, and meaningful experience in their layover in El Salvador.

Great tour! I had a 10-hour layover and wanted to see the sights of San Salvador and the archaeological site of Mayan ruins. The tour was well-planned by EC, and Melissa was very informative and knowledgeable. They were very communicative, and the whole day went perfectly. Thank you to the EC team!

We had an amazing time with Miguel and Estefany. We got picked up on time and driven in a well air conditioned car around the places we would’ve unlikely found ourselves. They both were very welcoming. Estefany was the main guide, her English was perfect, she was very knowledgeable about the history, the culture, and the places we visited. We got to experience local coffee shop, had pupusas with the amazing views, walked around the center of the city, as well as local streets, and visited one of the big parks. We learned so much of the history and culture during our 7 hour layover that it made us want to return back again to San Salvador for more days. Thank you so much for making our layover such an unforgettable experience. You went above and beyond for us.

There is a reason these guys have a 5 star rating here...they are excellent! Easy to contact, all questions answered and the tour itself was more than I could ask for! I was able to learn so much about this great little country and will be back for sure for a longer trip! Thanks!
