Luxe & Merveille: Limousine VIP Hue-Da Nang Panoramique

They were a bit late collecting us, but they were on time dropping us off! Views were beautiful and I found the trip comfortable, but you may want to specify that you don't want to sit in the front if you have long legs!

Meet up location was easy to get to from our hotel. Got a quick cup of coffee before our journey to Da Nang. Our driver met us on time and it was a short walk to get to the car parked a bit aways. Our driver spoke mainly Vietnamese (I am fluent in Vietnamese - so he mainly asked me to communicate with the rest of the car) - however, when he tried to communicate with everyone else it was a big confusion. He had already checked us in - but thought my husband wasn't a part of our group and I had to repeated explained to him that we were together. But there was a much needed bathroom break in the middle of the trip to stretch our legs. We did get dropped off randomly on the side of the road and had to get a Grab to get to our final destination. Again, I can see how this would be super confusing if you did not speak Vietnamese and could not communicate with the driver. Trust me - I spoke fluently and was still confused.

The ride was comfortable and on time. I was provided an incorrect location on my ticket and there was no convenient whatsapp number provided to contact the company. I was scrambling to make it to meeting point after getting in touch with the company and made it only in time to leave. The company made it clear they were not going to wait even 5 minutes for me to arrive.

Excellent service, excellent safe and stable driving, excellent limousine. Best we had in three weeks travel in Vietnam.

If you are on a schedule or worse, if you have a flight to catch, don’t count on them! We had a very bad experience to wait for them for almost 1 hour, they told us they were late because the car was having trouble. We almost had to take a taxi but but we were 2 hours away from the airport. So stressful! And the bus driver doesn’t speak english so impossible to know why we kept stopping (other people to pick up, police control). The lack of communication had been an issue and we didn’t know the exact hour we would be pickep up, it kept being delayed constantly. The situation put us at high risk of missing our flight and increase dramatically our travel cost and all the other extras and stress that this almost led to!

Excellent service. Prompt pick up at our hotel and also drop off at our hotel in Denang. All good!!!

I booked online, and right after I paid, they send me a message in WhatsApp to acknowledge my payment and make sure to booking was right. They are active in communication, the van arrived on time, and it is very spacious inside, clean and they also provide free water per seat. It is also a massage chair. And price is great!!!!

The bus service was on time and value for money. As we were sitting all the way to the back, the AC was a little bit weak and the seats were tight for the 3 of us. Other than that, it was good. The driver also stopped us right at our hotel in Da Nang.

There are many better options to travel between Hue and Da Nang and I regret choosing this one. We booked through 12go. The van was crowded and we (me and my wife) had to seat near the driver (uncomfortable). The van got full and they literally seat a person on a foldable chair. Loud annoying techno music during most of the trip. An unnecessarily long stop in a random place in Da Nang and an unexplainable change of van. To finish off the drop off point in Hoi An is not particularly convinient (not walking distance from center). All this to pay the same price as hotel arranged shuttles that would have picked us up in our Hue Hotel and left us in our Hoi An destination. If I had not paid in advanced I would have canceled. I bitterly regret my decision to choose this provider.
