Johnny’s Mt Fuji tour is The BEST!! We had a great time and all of his secret spots ROCKED! They were away from the crowds and were some of the most beautiful, photogenic, and cool experiences we’ve ever had on a guided tour. The pictures and videos he took and shared were amazing - definitely some framers in there. Would give a 10 ⭐️ rating if we could!

Johnny was great from the get-go. The trip was worth every penny and we had the best experience possible tailored to us, he somehow was able to show us Mt Fuji peaking at just the right moment during the trip. We really appreciate the many thoughts put into our itinerary, would totally do this again in the future.

Our family of 4 (2 teen girls) booked a private tour with Johnny. He is very knowledgeable, personable and takes you to amazing sites to see. He is very flexible with the private tour and will pick you up at your hotel and will customize the tour based on the weather and your interests. We are from Canada so it was great to talk with a fellow Canadian! He’s been in Japan for a few years and has done his research on the area so he explains each site that we visit. He educated us on the history of each site as well as the proper way to visit a Shrine. Johnny takes you to places that are inaccessible by bus/train, so it’s very unique. As well, he recommends a few spots for lunch based on your food interests. Additionally he takes videos and pictures which he shares with you after the tour! Johnny is funny, entertaining and feels like an old friend showing you the secret sites of his town. Our family really enjoyed the tour and we all agreed that it was the highlight of our trip to Japan!

Wow! This was our family's favorite activity on our whole Japan trip! If you want to enjoy nature and see hidden gems around Mt. Fuji and enjoy a day with a great guide then book this tour! Johnny is so friendly and kind that it was fun to hang out with him all day and he is very knowledgeable about all of the places he visits and he brought us to so many fun and unique spots. He's from Canada so he speaks perfect English but he lives locally and is very knowledgeable about the area. We visited multiple shrines, went on two short hikes, visited a waterfall, a recreated old village, ate at my favorite restaurant of the trip and had lots of amazing views of Mt. Fuji all day. If you enjoy nature and shrines then this is the most fun way to see Mt. Fuji for the day! If you don't have a car in Kawaguchiko you won't be able to get to the spots he takes you to and even if you do have a car, if you're not a local you won't know about many of the amazing spots he visits. He made the tour relaxing but we also got to visit many different places. And as a bonus, he also took amazing photos/videos that he sent to us and they are the best pictures we have of our whole Japan trip. We had so much fun on this tour, thank you for an amazing day!

This is the only way to tour Lake Kawaguchi in style, efficiency and local hotspots. Johnny was absolutely a fantastic tour guide, he was so friendly and welcoming. I felt at ease immediately and he was very attentive and making our experience the best. He was super open to our interest and his car was very comfortable. My husband and I are both in the video game industry, so Johnny took us to a "Super Potato" type store to looks at games and vinyls. For lunch he took us to a dipping noodle spot and even helped us order. He was super attentive, taking pictures for us and we felt like old pals by the end of the trip.

It was a beautiful day! We saw Mt Fuji from everywhere! John our tour guide made our stay in Fujikawaguchiko memorable! He took us to very special and magical places.

A fabulous experience organized and led by Jonnie. Jonnie is personable, loves the area, and knowledgeable about the area. He knows every nook and cranny of the area. we had the best views, walks that were not filled with tourists. He has a good sense of humor and wants to please his clients.
