Eduardo was a fabulous guide. Attentive, informative & helpful. The entire tour from start to finish was professional, friendly & fun. Easy way to spend an entire day in a magical small city.

First, this tour is fine - a good orientation to Brugge and plenty of free time to circle back to the sites you most want to see. I’m mainly taking the time to write this review because Antonio our guide deserves a medal for the ways in which he managed three extremely rambunctious 5-7 year old children who were part of our small group. Apparently their parents either normally let their children scream and run around like savages or decided this guided tour was their chance to outsource managing their children to our guide. Either way, he handled the various threats to their physical safety (e.g., running out into the path of the numerous bicyclists and occasional delivery vans) very directly and when their noise levels intruded on our ability to hear his information sharing, he concocted running games for them that redirected their energy away from the rest of us. That he did so with good humor was even more admirable. Bravo, Antonio! And folks, lest you are tempted to judge me harshly for my criticism of these two sets of parents, I’ll add I have kids, too. And I would never let them run wild in the ways these parents did…unless we were at a gym, a playground, or Chuck E Cheeses (those of you from the States will get that last reference). Antonio, I hope they tipped you royally at the end of the tour because you deserved a bonus from them!!

Bruges is a wonderful spot for touring with interesting sites, good food, and a walkable visit. Your tour was comfortable, well organized, and enjoyable.

We very much enjoyed Bruges, such a picturesque city, with a long, very interesting history. Our local guide, Blanca, was very knowledgeable, comprehensive, and very easy to understand. She made the tour a lot of fun.

This trip was just long enough to explore Bruges but return in time for dinner in Brussels. This tour combines a guided part and plenty of hours on your own to explore Bruges. A perfect combination!

Really knowledgeable and caring guide. Blanca gave us lots of good information. We also had a few hours of free time to explore.

The experience was nice and the guide was great, but DEAR GOD they need to upgrade their sound equipment for the walk. Mine stopped working (headphones literally broke) halfway thru the tour and I gave up listening. Other tour operators had visibly better equipment.

Had a wonderful time exploring this beautiful city. We arrived about an hour late due to backups on the highway. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable but I feel the walking tour could be shortened to 60 minutes from 90 as we were keen to strike out on our own. We had time to walk around, get a nice lunch, shop, and take a boat tour. Very lovely area, a must see! Overall I was very satisfied with our experience.
