This time Ghusun and Mohammed took us to Wahiba Sands, a beautiful sight. They timed our arrival perfectly, so that we were able to enjoy the desert at its very best, sunset. They are both skilled and expert drivers who clearly knew how to navigate the difficult terrain, and we always felt incredibly safe with them. As on our previous tour together, their kindness, availability and knowledge significantly enriched our experience!

We had an incredible desert trip in Oman that exceeded all our expectations. Our journey started with a visit to Wadi Bani Khalid, where we swam in the crystal-clear waters surrounded by breathtaking scenery. It was truly a highlight! Our group consisted of six people—three adults and three kids aged 10 to 14. We had a private car and driver just for us, which made the experience even more personal and enjoyable. Our driver was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. During the drive to the Wadi, he shared fascinating facts, cultural insights, and historical details about Oman, which made the trip even more enriching. Our second stop was in the desert, where we visited a Bedouin camp and had the chance to ride camels—a memorable experience for both kids and adults. Then came the most thrilling part of the day: dune bashing! Our driver skillfully navigated the towering sand dunes, giving us an adrenaline-pumping adventure that we will never forget. This trip was a perfect combination of natural beauty, cultural experiences, and excitement. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for an unforgettable day in Oman!

Tahar was great. Very friendly and provided a lot of information during the drive. The desert was nice to see but there was a lot of trash on the dunes as I believe there was a big celebration. The dramadas(sp) were super cute!

The over night excursion in the desert was a new and very pleasent one for us. We loved the time spent with Tahar, our guide. He was well informed, allways happy to explain and ready to show us special places. If you are planning to go to the gold market, listen his advice 🤩. Also the one day excursion to Nizwa with him was great ! If you come to Muskat, surch for him !
