Jorge is he knowledgeable and passionate guide. He’s a former history teacher and has deep knowledge of Mexico City. You will see and learn about things that conventional tour guides don’t know about. My only complaint would be sometimes he is too heavy handed and authoritarian in his delivery. But all in all he is a great tour guide and I learned a lot about Mexico City.

We had a great experience with Jorge, who is very knowledgeable about Mexico City history and enthusiastic about sharing it. We saw a lot of places from some of most famous to some that may not be in guidebooks but are very interesting nonetheless. We saw and learned so much! Jorge shared many memorable historical anecdotes. Be prepared to walk a lot (comfortable shoes and clothes and hats for the sun are a must) and your 3 hour immersion into Mexico City history. Highly recommended.

It was a private tour with just me and the tour guide (George). He took me all around the City showing me the highlights and giving a lot of backstory to each location. George was very passionate about history, his City and his job. One can tell that he really loves history and he loves his country of Mexico! He also gave time to take pictures at each of the locations and or utilize the restroom where they had them. Mexico City is so beautiful with so much history. One would need a lot more time to see an experience and learn everything. This was just a quick trip of a couple days, so I definitely have to come back another time. I will need to come back to see More of the city in greater detail! It was a good experience and helps you get the lay of the land. Especially if anyone is a history of like me and loves history you should find this tour interesting.

Jorge was a great guide. There's a lot of ground to cover, both literally and figuratively, and he did a great job of keeping the conversation moving by connecting some of the key players in the history of the Mexican Republic to the architecture, monuments, and streetscape. I'd say this is an excellent early-days survey of the historic center that will help you understand where you want to return to later for a more in-depth look. For those of us only in town for a couple of days, it was the perfect way to understand the 'greatest hits', and I look forward to circling back to a few of the places we saw when I return and have more time. He's friendly, knowledgable, and easy to hear over the roar of traffic and crowds. His background as an educator really comes through.

Our guide was spectacular. We mistakenly went to the wrong spot. He handled it great. He was informative, passionate, lively, and gave us a wonderful introduction to Mexico City. A great beginning to a wonderful place

Jorge was a very informative guide and shared his vast knowledge of the history of notable sites in CDMX Centro Historico. We covered a lot of ground in 3 hours although each stop was just an overview of things to consider doing on my own on a later day. Jorge sent a confirmation the day before, and also his location at our meeting point. I highly recommend Jorge for his private tour and emphasis on quality time.

My wife and I really enjoyed this walking tour. George was early and met us right on time. He had water bottles ready to go. George was incredible knowledgeable and so happy to share his experiences and story and a born and raised son of CDMX. George planned out a great itinerary and kept us moving, but with plenty of time to stop and enjoy the sites. I appreciated that George would explain a site, and then give us some time as a couple to go in on our own and explore. We did this at several locations including the several churches we saw. I’m sure there are tours for each beautiful church but that is a different tour and day. George answered every question and took care to explain things. He was very funny at times and of course more serious when appropriate, but always sincere in sharing his love for the city. Highly recommend this tour. For what it’s worth, not that anyone can control this, but the early February weather was perfect. Chilly in the morning, warm by afternoon. Bring sunscreen.

George is very attentive. He contacted me via WhatsApp to let me know where he was located. Coordination was a breeze. And he is absolutely knowledgeable. Given his background of being a professor. His knowledge actually transcend his ability to read the situation. He provided me with additional time to free roam most of the areas that we visited, which I enjoyed tremendously.
