Soar Above Phoenix: Breathtaking Sunrise Balloon Flight

Everything was very well organized. The ground crew photographed and took videos of our take off and landing, so we had great pictures from inside and outside the balloon. The breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed the whole experience.

And unforgettable experience from beginning to end , I recommend it for everyone beautiful scenery, beautiful flight great breakfast afterwards . Do it when you can.

I had an incredible birthday adventure! From start to finish, the entire experience was flawless. The prep was smooth, the team was professional yet full of fun energy, and the excitement. Once we lifted off, the views were breathtaking, the roadrunner, the bunnies, and others roaming free but what made it truly special were the stories, laughter, and good vibes shared along the way. We were #teambruce he made the ride unforgettable! Our gentle takeoff to the soaring elevation and the post-flight celebration, every detail was handled perfectly. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate another trip around the sun. The ride was smooth it does get hot if your on the edge of the basket if you are in the center it is not hot

We signed up for the ride as an adventure on the old bucket list. Day of the ride came, weather did not cooperate. Received a text message saying they had to cancel. We were returning home the next afternoon thought we would have to miss out. They were able to get us in on the next morning. The Captain and crew were absolutely amazing. Customer service was their top priority and they delivered. If you’re looking for a fun filled adventure with a top notch company you have to use them.

I did a solo ride with hot air expeditions for my first hot air balloon ride and it was a great experience from booking til we left. All the guys were so helpful and nice! Breakfast was served afterwards with champagne and sparkling juice. I’d highly recommend booking with them.

My friend was visiting Arizona for the first time and this was on her bucket list. I had not done it before so we decided to cross it off our bucket lists together. What an amazing adventure this was! Dwayne, our captain, and Anthony, our crew chief, were super friendly and very helpful. They made us feel very comfortable and gave clear instructions which meant we were safe while having a blast! Our group was singing at liftoff and even the van ride from the airport to the desert was full of info, jokes and fun facts. Dwayne has been doing this for 47 years and that experience truly makes him shine! He will answer your questions and also give you a memorable experience while in the air. The crew members deserve so much credit because they do all the difficult stuff and confirm that all details are completed. Do not miss this opportunity to have a memorable, amazing time with family or friends. You'll be so glad you did!

My bf and I have been looking forward to our trip out to AZ to go to the grand canyon and experience a hot air balloon ride.  We arrived early and got situated in the vans.  We had to wait for another group that was running late but no big deal bc we had already started making friends.  Everyone was excited bc we were told that we "lucked" out bc we were going to be in the big basket for the ride. I was literally mid sentence when i was rudely cut off and told that me and my bf needed to switch to another van. When we get out of the van, we see the group that had arrived late is now taking our place. It wasn't 2 mins into the ride that I regretted switching vans. There was some random talk radio station that barely came in clear playing and we had to ask twice for some tunes (not a huge deal, just annoying).  We arrived at the take off site and were not only in a small basket now but they sure did squeeze us in.  The basket is sectioned off into these little section and each perfectly fits 2 people. Our group was made up of 4 couples, 5 including me and my bf and it was looking like each couple was going to be able to enjoy the space within there little section. But wait, there was one to many couples (probably bc my bf and i weren't actually part of this group) so they decide to split up one of the couples and they put the guy with me and my bf and the girl in with another couple next to us.  Every time we shifted weight or tried to move in the slightest we were stepping on each other's feet.  The ride itself was nice enough, as we slowly floated along the sky below us were piles of tires, random scrap metal, a few filthy mattresses and even an abandoned car.  Our guide seemed uninterested in being there and could barely be bothered to answer questions with more than a word or two. They did however have a cake for my bfs birthday and the breakfast was ok. They did come correct in respects to the champagne with several bottles that we struggled to finish.

A tour operator was very organized and friendly. They gave us a sense of security and peace of mind about the balloon safety. The takeoff locations can vary based on the weather and winds. We started from an open lot in the desert with no facilities. Our disappointments were that the balloon trip was only about 3 miles lasting 30 minutes. The scenery was not impressive. The desert was full of discarded garbage and trailer courts. All in all it was a nice experience and I would recommend it again. Hopefully, the next trip would be more enjoyable.

This was one of the best experience I have done. I was a lot nervous but once I got there and saw all the hot air balloon getting blow up all the nervousness went away. I am so glad I did it this was an awesome experience one that I won’t forget
