The ride came 10 minutes late. We were still on the ground when the sunrise occurred. There was a land use permission dispute between the police and the company. We were concerned if we would be able to take off or not.

The ride was smooth, the staff knowledgeable regarding history and how to manipulate the hot air balloon. The guide explained the process which was comforting. And the landing was smooth! End it off with a drink! Highly recommend .

The hot air balloon ride was totally worth it! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it and we definitely recommend! Great adventure!

My wife is terrified of heights. She was so nervous she was shaking. The pilot, Shane, and all the helpers helped her feel so comfortable before and during our flight. Beautiful, amazing, once in a lifetime experience! Thank you so much!!!

Everyone was very polite and friendly! The Pilot knew everything ! He was extremely funny too ! very safe , super fun , mark it off the bucket list !!

This experience was 100/10. Our pilot was amazing!! And to meet up, and get to our location was super easy and smooth. I definitely recommend this to anyone traveling here. The views are amazing. We ended up doing the sunset instead but never the less, the site was beautiful.

We had a good time! The ride was eventful for sure. But the team was very experienced and we felt like we were in good hands. Would do it again with the same crew.
