Our tour was incredible and our tour guide Kennedy made it fun and was super knowledgeable about Arizona history and nature! We would give him 10 stars if we could! Kennedy went above and beyond for us!

I had a great time on this tour. Mike was very informative about Arizona history and the different kinds of plants and wildlife that thrive in the desert. He also was able to answer any questions I had, which I appreciated. We had multiple stops/viewpoints along the trip for photos The hike along the Apache trail was nice and not too difficult, so if you're a beginner/moderate hiker you will enjoy it and the landscape is very picturesque. However, my favorite part of the trip was goldfield ghost town which is a high tourist area but so much fun! You actually feel like you're back in time 😅 (and it has a lot of nice gift shops for souvenirs etc.) I would highly recommend taking this day tour on your next trip to Phoenix.

Our guide Mike was FABULOUS. So chill and knowledgeable about Arizona history. Obviously loves the Sonoran desert and had much to share on legends, cacti, wildflowers and weather patterns. Loved the hike he brought us on in Tonto National Forest with views of the Weavers Needle. Totally worth the trip along the Apache Trail with Mike. (Pics sent to us were wonderful - thank you!)

Mike drove safely to the destination. He has a lot of knowledge about the area. Even though I have been there before I learned a lot I never knew!

Mike was truly exceptional! He is extremely knowledgeable on a vast variety of topics. City information?History? Wildlife? He’s got you! Mike makes you feel 100% comfortable while making the experience exciting and enjoyable. We traveled with our three children and he is very patient and family friendly. This is an absolute must do trip! Mike, thank you again for the exceptional experience.

Kathleen was super patient and very informative! I imagine it would be challenging to try and do a long tour like this with just one person, but she made it seem effortless. I really appreciate her attention to detail and asking preferences along the way as well! Will certainly return with my family if we’re able to visit in-season

Really fun time in the desert. Our tour guide Kathleen was terrific. She did a great job explaining the history of the area and showing us the specific types of plant life that exists out there. She was very patient with all our questions. After the desert, we went to the ghost town, which is a recreation of a town that existed in the wild west a long time ago. Kathleen also gave us plenty of restaurant recommendations in the Scottsdale area. All in all, it was a great time, and I would highly recommend checking it out!
