Breathtaking Mekong Delta Cruise: 8-Hr Ho Chi Minh Escape

Tour guide Tan was awesome. Full of information and fun facts. Very upbeat personality which made the day great. Tan was a blast.

Today my wife and I went on the Ho Chi Minh Mekong Discovery Tour. It was hosted by Tan, who was absolutely brilliant, very good communicator and full of good humour. Our fellow travellers were all English speakers like us, and we all had a great time listening to Tan telling us about the history of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and the Mekong area. The drive to Mekong from Ho Chi Minh City was approximately 1.5hrs, which passed quickly while watching the city views changing to a more rustic outlook. The tour included the boat trip on the Mekong, visiting several islands with unique offerings, a "Lamborghini" Tuk-tuk ride, a quiet and serene canoe ride, plus snacks on the Islands and a delicious 5? course lunch including a large deep-fried fish (which was fantastic!), vegetarian rosties and tasty sauces

We had a truly lovely trip! Everything was well-organized from start to finish, and Nina made the experience unforgettable. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always attentive to every detail. Her passion for what she does really shows, and she shared so many interesting stories and insights throughout the journey. We felt very well taken care of the entire time and enjoyed every moment. The itinerary was perfectly balanced between sightseeing, relaxation, and learning about the local culture. I would strongly recommend Nina to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable trip. Was a great trip to get a view into the culture of the Mekong Dekta. Nancy also explained a lot details around the culture and gave suggestions for places to visit in Vietnam. The food was also plenty and quite good. Definitely would book again.

Nancy was a great host, explained everthing very detailed. We saw different islands and tried different foods, wine and candy. With tuk-tuk ride and small boat ride through a canal.

Nina was an excellent guide who took us to a number of islands where we were met by families who prepared local dishes. She showed us how the coconuts were used to make candy which was hard to resist. Something we can’t buy in Australia. The experience of travelling by various boats was a unique opportunity we really enjoyed. Nina was lovely and good company .

Had a wonderful time, Zayne was the perfect guide very informative and friendly, even treated us to a lovely serenade during our row boat segment of our trip.., highly recommend

We had great time with Nina who guided us on this tour and shared the local culture and food with us. We visited a coconut farm that produces coconut candies, has lunch between coconut trees, tasted local tropical fruit, and much more.
