I was not impressed. 1) the boat was to go thru the city light show, we were shown just 3 installations. 2) the guide did not use a microphone so we heard about every fourth word. 3) thought going thru the canals in the evening was lovely, but because of those two key elements you get a poor rating.

I thought it was an open concept kind of cruise but it was not. Quite difficult to take photos. The guide was good! It was not what I expected pertaining to the cruise compared to what I saw with other cruise companies.

Very fun and knowledgeable host made a great experience for the evening canal tour. Boat was nice and warm with the typical cold and wet Dutch weather:)

My tour guide was very knowledgeable. It was raining during my tour, so the plastic tarp was down which somewhat affected visibility but not entirely. I do wish he would have told some of the more rowdy members of my tour to quiet down as it was somewhat disruptive. Otherwise, this was a great tour.

The cruise took off late making us nearly miss our river cruise departure. The isinglass was fogged in so that it was impossible to see most of the highlights. The navigation was good and the captain was knowledgeable . The meeting point was very vague and difficult to find. I would not recommend this tour.

Jesse was a great tour guide, very funny and personable. Loved the trip and the sites. Tge only problem was it was a bit unorganized at the begining with so many boats coming in. Also my Mom is 82 and had a hard time getting into the boat. Wish there had been a plank to walk on.

Host Isis was wonderful! She was fun, funny and knowledgeable about the city. I loved how she tried to engage our (very large) group. I definitely recommend adding on the €10 cheese and wine.

Great way to see Amsterdam! Everything is lit up and it creates a calm magical atmosphere. Dress warm.

We joined the cookie cruise with guide Ema. The cookies were just as sweet as our guide. I recommend this to anyone looking for a cozy evening!
