We had an amazing private tour in early fall with our guide Ali! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole day fun and relaxed. The Snow Monkeys were incredible to see up close, Zenko-ji Temple was beautiful and full of history, and the sake tasting was a perfect finish. Everything was well organized, the car was clean and comfortable, and Ali’s explanations made each stop more special. Highly recommend this tour and especially guide Ali!

We enjoyed our day exploring the Monkey Park. The hike through the forest was beautiful and our guide and driver (Ali and Abdul) did a great job. While we didn’t see many monkeys since it was off season, we had a great day. My advice: go at a different time of year but request Ali and Abdul to be your driver and guide!

The Snow Monkeys were such a unique experience, and getting to see them in their natural hot springs was something we’ll never forget. Zenkoji Temple was breathtaking, and learning about its history made the visit even more special. The highlight for us, though, was the sake tasting – a perfect way to end the day! We got to try a variety of local sakes, and the tasting experience was both fun and educational. Extremely Disappointed. "Smile" tours misrepresented what it delivers. This is a driver service only. There is no guide for the monkey park or temple. There is no sake tasting. The lunch was not good - it included the worst sushi I've ever had. This company is trying to present itself as another company that actually offers an English speaking guide to the attractions. And it takes longer than 6 hours, since they don't mention the two hour roundtrip drive to the monkey park. Our driver was a nice person but he could have spoken Japanese and it wouldn't have mattered since he barely spoke to us...

Family had a great experience at the snow monkeys! Tour guide super responsive. Made life super easy for teenagers! Would recommend to anyone.
