Literally the most fun boat ride I’ve ever been on! The staff is so fun and entertaining! They kept the drinks coming and consistently checked on us. They take you to snorkel, then to the island to explore, eat and swim! We even got caught in a rain storm and they got us back safely. Loved the music and the saxophone player. The staff especially Ulysses and Jesus made the trip so memorable!!

Snorkeling was quick, with choppy water so the visibility wasn't the best. Boat ride was smooth with good music and a fun vibe. Buffet on the island was decent and the beach was beautiful. Rolando was very attentive and helpful. He even spent time showing me how to use some functions of my Gopro that I had never really looked into.

We spent four hours in a bus to and from the marina taking and dropping off others. This would be okay only if we didn’t have to pass our resort on the way! The food for lunch was subpar.

We did enjoy Isla Mujeres - the North beach area is gorgeous, calm, and shallow enough for our 6 year old to go way out and have fun in the subtle waves. We needed a taxi to get there after the catamaran ride to the island. The beach was worth it tho!

Booked through xpotours . Pick up at hotel was on time. The drive was approx 45 minutes to the location, was somewhat bumpy. We purchased an excursion for our family of 5 (2a , 3 kids under 12). Staff was friendly. The boat ride was great , my youngest got sea sick but made it all the way. Unfortunately the snorkeling was for 12 and over up to 60 . The swimming is quite intense and fast paced. Our 10 year old I don't think would of been able to do it. You do have a floatation device but do expect to follow the crew member. The fish and statues are nice but would if preferred a slower pace to enjoy the snorkeling. We rembarked the boat and made it to the island had lunch and had 15 minutes to check out their beach. We rembarked the boat to a different part of the island to get souvenirscand check out their main beach , I think we only had 2 hours of free time. The beach was nice and water was perfect for kids to swim. The shops are expensive, expect to haggle down to half and go from there. The party boat was much faster on the way back and entertaining. We started the excursion at 11am pick and got back at approx. 8 pm. It was fun but I think I would pick a different excursion with younger kids .

Friendly and professional staff, everything was as advertised. Don't have a lot more to add, but need to fill up the characters quota.

It was a fantastic experience! My husband and I got picked up from our resort to the dock where we boarded the catamaran with the rest of the people. They had some breakfast options, and the toilets there were pretty clean. The catamaran ride was super fun with the whole crew in party mode serving drinks and dancing around. We were given a chance to snorkel in the ocean while the rest of the people stayed on the boat. Proceeding to the island, it was a breathtaking sight! We had a decent lunch buffet and more drinks upon reaching the location, and were given the option to either take a private cab ride around the island, or go for a small photography session with the sharks, or just explore the island. We ended up paying for the private cab and it turned out to be really fun! The driver took us around to some great spots and gave us time to wander around. We then ended up with the rest of the group at a point and had a couple more hours to explore around, went to a local restaurant and had a nice time there. We visited some local souvenirs shops and got a few things as memorabilia. We came back to Cancun in the evening while the sun set in the horizon. Overall would 100% recommend!

We had an amazing experience! The boat ride was super entertaining and we loved listening to Roberto play the saxophone. The entire staff made sure there was never an empty drink in our hands and that our needs were attended to. Rolando was a great guide and was super informative and friendly. We also got a photo shoot done which turned out really well! The photographer (Lucia I think was her name?) was so sweet and kind. The buffet was also delicious! The only downside for me was that the snorkeling felt a bit rushed and short, though I noticed a few external factors outside of the company's control that probably played a role in this. I had so much fun with everything else and still got to see some cool fish so I wasn't too bothered by this. My advice to others when booking this tour: 1. Do it, it's so worth it! 2. Choose a day when the Island won't be too crowded. We rented the golf cart but it was so busy there wasn't anywhere for us to park, so we returned it after 15 minutes. 3. This is a party boat, so don't expect quiet. 4. Don't put sunscreen on before hand if you go snorkeling (save the reefs) and if you want in depth snorkeling, this may not be the right fit. 5. The dock tax is cash only. 6. Bring cash for tips!

Highly recommend. We did Catamaran to Isla Mujeres and we really loved our experience. From the accomodation, the activities, the destinations and the entertainement. We recommend also to rent a golf cart atleast for 2h to go around Isla Mujeres and try to bargain.
