Willis Tower Skydeck: Chicago's Breathtaking Summit
Gaze upon the city sights from the pinnacle of Chicago, the Skydeck. Located on the 103rd floor of Willis Tower, formerly Sears Tower -- the third-tallest building in the world -- the Skydeck offers spectacular sweeping views and is full of interactive exhibits. To complete your exciting Chicago experience, head to the Ledge, a glass balcony showcasing unbeatable views of Chicago’s top attractions like Wrigley Field and the Navy Pier. We added a brand new Chicago Experience that you start with by the box office prior taking the elevator trip to the 103rd floor. It is a 45,000 sq ft. museum of today. The New Experience is part Chicago History, part Architecural tour, part Selfie Museum and part Children's Museum. This is fun and interactive for all ages. Ride our "L" Train, see our infinity pizza bed, take pictures ontop of Willis Tower and so much more! This is the best way to see Chicago in one setting. With mobile tickets, simply scan your phone for direct entry into the SkyDeck

Take your time. The view is worth it. You can see forever….or so it seems. There is only one toilet though

I had an amazing experience!! I traveled alone so I was worried I wouldn’t get any good pictures due to me being alone but the attendant was nice enough to take pictures for me. I had a great time!

I found using Viator was extremely easy and straight forward. The events I scheduled with them they were cheaper than other sites. I like the text and email notices and making you aware of information needed for the day.

Lovely experience. From the check in point to the guided directions to the elevator that takes you to the top of the building and stepping on the ledge, it was all curated to be an excellent experience.

This isn't an inexpensive attraction but the views are truly outstanding, especially on a day with weather good enough that you can see to the horizon. I'd budget about 90 minutes - the displays you walk through to get to the elevator don't take that long but seemed interesting (we were short on time so kinda had to rush this part). Views are outstanding - wish we'd had more time to enjoy. There will be a line to get your 90 seconds (which is long enough for most) in the glass boxes, which are clearly the highlight, though you can repeat the line and your 90 seconds as you see fit.

Good museum with lots of photo opportunities before going up to the sky deck. Very informative. No long wait for the lift up to the sky deck, and 90 seconds on your own to take photos on the balcony. Good value and more than enough time to take pictures. Also had a gift shop and could spend as much time as you wanted on the top floor.

Fun, not a long wait. Interesting history of Chicago. Would definitely recommend as a " must see" when visiting Chicago.

Great city and lake view. Elevator ride was smooth up and down. You get to walk through the history of Chicago which is great for locals and visitors that don’t know the real history of the city and the building.

We booked our tour through Viator same-day. This was a little bit of a cheaper option than booking direct. The Skydeck experience is great. Before getting to the elevator to head up to the 103rd floor, you get to do a self-guided walk through tour of multiple areas that highlight some of Chicago’s bests. These also have great photo ops. After that you go up an elevator exclusively to Skydeck. There you can see the city from multiple angles. You can then wait in line for your chance to visit the ledge where you have 90 seconds to snap as many pics as possible. You can get in line again after the timer ends for more photos. There is staff there with timers and they can help you snap your own pics. Later you can go back down and purchase photos and souvenirs. There are two points in the tour that staff will snap your pics and those will be available for purchase.

Worthwhile stop while in Chicago. Nice exhibit before you get to the elevator to take you to the observation deck, which was very worthwhile, although fairly pricey. I would hate to come on a really busy day and wait in line for an hour or more, but it was pretty easy access for us on this day. Very enjoyable to do on a nice day where you can see things at a distance.
