Traslado a las tiendas outlet de Citadel desde Anaheim con sala VIP opcional y llegada a LAX

We really enjoyed our visit to Citadel Outlets with the Optional VIP room access and drop off to LAX. The shuttle picked us up promptly at 11am from our Anaheim hotel and it was only 30 minutes to the outlets. The staff at Citadel were very pleasant, particularly Robbie. The VIP room is amazing with soft drinks, tea or coffee and snacks available. It is a lovely room with all necessary facilities including several TVs, lounges, kitchen area and beautiful restroom area. They store your luggage for you in the VIP area while you shop so that you can pack your purchases away before going to the airport. Would highly recommend this activity for those who have a late flight out like we did to Australia. We had a nice lunch on arrival and did some shopping then hubby went back to VIP room and watched TV and relaxed for the rest of the afternoon while I browsed the shops for another couple of hours. Perfect way to end our trip.

<p>The citadel outlets are good value, the VIP room was certainly worth it to relax in and sort our luggage and we did plenty of shopping. The van that picked us up in the morning was early and we had to rush to leave our hotel room. On the way to the outlets we requested an earlier pickup in the early evening-we wanted an hour earlier to allow plenty of time for our international flight. This was not available at the time that the driver requested, but the company said to ring later and they'd see if a van could do an earlier pickup. Throughout the afternoon phone calls were made, but the time could not be changed. The van arrived on time, but had to wait for another group to join us. After much arguing and phone calls to the main office due to a payment issue, we finally headed to the airport over 40 minutes late. This was very stressful and we weren't sure if we'd make our flight. We didn't find it a very pleasant experience dealing with the transport company. The drivers were excellent and did everything possible to make the trip to the outlets and then the airport as comfortable as possible, but the actual transport company was not one we'd like to deal with again.</p>

<p>We had to vacate our hotel by 11am and our flight was not leaving till 11.30pm so this for us was ideal we were picked up on time and taken to Citadel out lets.Met by the concierge who was brilliant the VIP lounge was excellent complete with all facillities that we would need.We had access to the lounge all day with an access card so the time till our pickup to LAX flew by.We were the only ones using the lounge that day which was surprising.The staff were magic so helpful.Highly recommended.</p>

<p>Was great to fill our last day with some shopping with lots of bargains and it was fantastic to have the VIP lounge to relax in but probably a little overpriced</p>

<p>Excellent- Picked up on time and taken to airport on time. Outlets were excellent- so cheap- the VIP lounge was great- cant believe so few people use it. It is a great way to spend you last day in LA.</p>

<p>We had a great day shopping, having access to the VIP lounge is great, especially as the staff really take care of you by offering drinks and snacks. It's also great to be able to repack to fit the bargin buys in. The pick up in the morning was on time and the pick up from the mall was also good. We had plenty of time to shop and get to the airport. Thanks Karmal Shuttles and the Citadel team!</p>

<p>After the company managed to find our booking, we were told all of the wrong pick up times for both before and after and the first driver was terrible. However, the outlet mall was fantastic and the staff were so friendly. -cannot fault Citadel at all!!</p>
