Samarcanda: Tu Viaje Mágico de 6h por la Ruta de la Seda

Mil gracias a nuestro guía de Uzbekistán, Zjonikulov 1970, nosotras, 4 amigas de Granada, ( viajamos en grupo de Mundo Senior). Tuvimos el más fantástico y mejor guía local, "mejor imposible". Disfrutamos y conocimos sus ciudades patrimonio de la Humanidad, gracias al profundo conocimiento de su país, gentes, costumbres...,Hasta partícipamos, nos integramos con la gente y bailamos en el festival de las especias en Bukhara. Abdulla, como nos dijo que le llamáramos, es culto,servicial, respetuoso, flexible muy informado de nuestras costumbres, estaba motivado por acercarnos al conocimiento de su tierra. Manejó al grupo con maestría. Gracias a él disfrutamos de un viaje inolvidable. Nuestra gratitud y hasta siempre, ¡¡ Zjonikulov 1970!!! Totalmente recomendable, 1000x100

Two of us spent 6+ hour with Elyor to explore 4 places in Samarkand old town. Elyor is very patient waiting for us with 10 minutes late. He answered all our questions: history and current events, traditions and modern challenges, religions and political rules. Highly recommend this tour.

We got good experience and memory thanks to great guide. He has a lot of knowledge and conducted us efficiently within limited time schedule. I can recommend him to everyone because of his competency.

That is a fantastic way to see the Samarkand attractions and learn the history of them. I would recommend doing this tour upon arrival. It is an extensive tour so there isn't time to go inside all of the buildings so it's a great overview, you can then choose which ones you would like to return to. I would highly recommend this tour.

If I could give this a 4.5 that would be my real rating (the small quibbles are described - but none are deal-breakers). This was a strong guided tour at a very reasonable price. Elyor arrived slightly late, but he was polite with a strong knowledge of Samarkand and its history. He was also fine on giving me, a solo traveler, the full group tour (it did take less time than it would have in a group, but that is natural). Elyor's English is clear with a slight accent, infrequently but sometimes I had slight difficulty understanding him. The sites on the tour were fascinating and you got a good overview of Samarkand in half a day.

I was very fortunate to have Elyor as a guide. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and speaks good English. Incredible value and a very memorable experience, Elyor really made the sights come to life!

Elyor provided an excellent service , despite our somewhat tardy arrival at the rendezvous he was waiting patiently in -4°C temperature. We were then treated to an informative and fascinating 5 hour trip through the history of Samarkand as we visited the main sites of the City. Well worth the time spent, thoroughly recommended.

Elyor picked us up from Samarkand and drove us to the mountains. We saw an amazing Uzbekistan and were hosted by an incredibly kind and generous family in a far away village full of unforgettable memories. Elyor is university educated very fluent in English kind considerate smiley and courteous. Very politically and culturally informed - a great guide for the demanding tourist ! Our 5 year old loved him too. Highly recommended if you're in samarkand don't hesitate to meet with Elyor either for his city tours or his day excursions!
