We had a great full day touring with Authentica Tours with Stefan. Stefan was from the region and was able to provide us a lot of insight in the area. When we were ahead of schedule, we made a couple of stops in the neighborhoods to explore and learn more. Would recommend this experience!

Authentica has Excellent cars ,the drivers punctual and knowledgeable. Our driver Stephane was the perfect tour guide enabling us to experience the wonderful world of wine and food in burgundy. He took us to places ‘off’ the tourist track , his English was excellent and his food and wine knowledge you can’t get from books ,magazines or TV shows . We would definitely recommend Stephane to anyone considering a tour of burgundy and will request him for our next visit. It was really easy to work with Authentica to set up a memorable tour of Burgundy. We arranged car service from Paris to Dijon and Beaune to Lyon, with two days of wine tasting in between. The drivers were courteous and prompt. The highlight was Stephàne, our guide on the wine tours. He is born and raised in Burgundy and a trained sommelier. He was familiar with the wineries we visited, but not all of them. His guidance felt fresh and authentic. Plus he was a real delight to talk to and treated my mom like a queen! I could not recommend Authentica more! Such a grand experience!!

We had an amazing day exploring Bourgogne wines with Johan. Started with seeing a family operation during harvest season and their facilities. The best part was their library of wine from years past. Then an exemplary lunch and wine pairing embodying the Bourgogne region followed by a final tasting allowing us to taste a full range of wines. Highly recommend this tour!

I would like to say that this experience greatly exceeded my expectations. My goal was to see the different communes and taste representative wines from them, specifically to be able to compare whites from Chassagne, Puligny and Meursault side by side. Thomas, our guide, was superb. He picked up my wife and I promptly and the van was clean and comfortable. He was not only knowledgeable and personable but he arranged each tasting stop to be individually modified and tailored to us based on our ongoing discussions. At our first stop he arranged the side by side tasting of the whites from the three communes along with a Batard-Montrachet and and also some superb reds. The wines we tasted that day ran the gamut from village wines, through premier crus and grand crus covering the Cote de Beaune and the Cote de Nuits. Many had sufficient age (back to 2006) to appreciate the evolution with time. It was a marvelous wine tour through the Cote d'Or.It was all I could have asked for and more. Wonderful tour, Jeremy was very knowledgeable. He managed to take us wine tasting in an area and season that usually doesn’t offer much in the way of “traditional tastings”. Highly recommend Jeremy and this tour.
