El servicio contratado fue perfecto, nada que decir sobre él que no sea bueno; incluso alargaron la hora de retorno para mejorar nuestra experiencia. Pero el tiempo de tres horas en cada etapa es claramente insuficiente en agosto, con todas las atracciones copadas por el turismo interno del país, que a su vez crea embotellamientos en las carreteras de acceso. Solo para subir al templo estuvimos una hora y tres cuartos de cola para veinte incómodos minutos arriba, y las grutas hubieran requerido mínimo de una hora más.

Excelente comunicación y gestión de Nancy, te asesora y gestiona los tour a medida lo cual facilita bastante la experiencia por China, para los extranjeros. Tienen tour en distintas ciudades. Personalmente tomamos tres tour con ella en 3 ciudades ciudades distintas (Chengdu, Beijing y Datong) y en todas tuvimos una excelente experiencia. Ante cualquier consulta o solicitud responde rápidamente. también gestiona la compra de entradas y trenes. Totalmente recomendado.

We were looking for a transportation service to reach Yungang Grottoes and we found this one that drove us to the Hanging Temple, beside Yungang Grottoes. So it was the perfect solution for us. The driver was really helpful. We've chosen to buy the attractions entrance tickets by ourselves, but for the Hanging Temple was not so easy to buy tickets. The agency helped us booking the tickets and the driver helped us to pick them up. So everything went so smooth and fast. If I'd had to book this tour again, I wouldn't change a thing. Everything was perfect!

Fantastic day trip to the hanging monestary and Yungang grotto. Nancy’s communication before the trip was great and really helpful. Our driver Lee collected us from the lobby of our hotel. Took us to make sure we got our tickets and got the shuttle bus. He waited in the car while we visited the sites then took us back to our hotel. The sites we visited were absolutely amazing. We had a fabulous day.

We only have good words for Nancy and her drivers. They were very professional, pick us up at the exact time, good driving experience (not always is like this in China) and even, she solves a big problem we had with the cancellation of a train, and in few hours, se gave us an alternative with a good driver. So.... TOTALLY RECOMMENDED!!

Best experience ever; we booked several transfers and ticket purchases for attractions and spectacles with Nancy in different cities (Beijing, Datong, Xi’an, Chengdu) and the experience couldn’t be better. Driver Mr Li picked me up from the train station. From Datong South Rail station to Hanging Temple was about 1 hour in automobile. Driver was great. I highly recommend this trip. I was supposed to go to the Grottoes but I was too tired and decided to go back to the hotel (but this was my choice). From Hanging Temple to the hotel is also about 1 hour. If you are vacationing by yourself I highly recommend to purchase a private tour as you will have the flexibility to adjust the trip as you see fit. Thanks for a great experience.
