Vive la Sciara del Fuoco: Tour Nocturno Exclusivo en Barco

Eramos un grupo de 6 amigas, y viajamos en una zodiac, donde íbamos 8 personas, más el piloto. Íbamos algo justos. Pero el recorrido alrededor de la isla fue muy bonito, el cielo estaba espectacular lleno de estrellas, y lo único que cuando llegamos a la altura de la Sciara del Fuoco, el volcán tenía poca actividad, y apenas vimos unas cuantas erupciones/explosiones. No obstante, una experiencia para repetir.

Open RIB excursion across the night time sea. No photo can do justice to the sight and sound of the island volcano's fiery eruptions beneath the starry Mediterranean sky. A powerful and beautiful experience unlike any other. Several boat trips are available - I recommend this open RIB over the larger more enclosed boats.

They‘ll pick you up by boat at the port in Stromboli and drive you to the other side of the volcano for a better view. The volcano and it‘s eruptions were fantastic! Highly recommend doing one of these boat tours but if you expect any kind of explanation or a guided tour you should probably pick someone else. We got 0 explanations about the volcano or the tour itself, it was more like an silent uber ride to the volcano and back. However the driving (especially on the way back) was rather rough and the boat rather on the (very) small side.

Pasquale was great, met us as arranged on his fab speed boat. Really friendly. The trip to the view point was great fun but then the main event of seeing Stromboli erupt was magical, such a sight to behold and even better to see at sunset.

Sadly, the weather was too windy and waves too choppy for us to take this excursion, but Pasquale was very professional about it. He communicated early to see about other dates and checked in regularly on the scheduled day. Cancelation was the right decision (the ferries weren't even running) and Pasquale immediately arranged a refund. These things happen on excursions and the best demonstrate their integrity when things get tricky. Grazie Mille, Pasquale.

A nice short tour, it starts off going around Strombolicchio, the small islet with the lighthouse, and then off around Stromboli to the viewing point. It was a memorable experience seeing many eruptions and lava on the mountain, and as a bonus you see a lovely sunset and star-filled night sky due to the lack of light pollution on that side of the island. The boat was simple but comfortable, a nimble zodiac with an experienced pilot.

We were offered an extension to the 2 hour tour we had booked to Ginostra for free, which was very generous and beautiful. Pasquale is super friendly and happy to chat if you speak Italian! The tour itself was simple and as we expected it, Pasquale drove us to a few viewing spots and we felt very well taken care of. Definitely a recommenation!

Excellent service, very responsive, great experience! We even brought a baby with us and we felt very safe.

It should be what was advertised, IE a tour with a guide. The emails I received were misleading. The boat was a very small dinghy and the two of us were taken by a young boy who didn't communicate with us to any real degree. There appeared to be no safety features, no lights (it was dark coming back) and we felt apprehensive as we set off. We did see some action from the volcano but it was very poorly organised and we felt relieved to be back at the jetty at the end
