Tour Trufas Sorrento: Exclusiva Caza y Almuerzo de Lujo

¡Un día increíble escalando la montaña! Nuestro día comenzó con un agradable viaje por el campo en un automóvil muy limpio y cómodo: llegamos a un pequeño pueblo donde comimos croissants y capuchino y luego condujimos hasta donde comenzamos nuestro viaje. Esta fue una caminata realmente buena y si haces esto, te recomiendo encarecidamente que lleves zapatos para caminar o zapatillas con una buena suela. Hay muchas áreas que son muy rocosas o resbaladizas. Vimos como el perro, de raza Lagotto Romagnolo (mi nuevo perro favorito), corría por el bosque hasta que olió una trufa y cavó furiosamente hasta encontrarla y devolvérsela a su amo. Encontramos 5 trufas que llevamos a un restaurante increíble donde prepararon platos que estaban hechos específicamente para acompañar nuestras trufas frescas. Fue un gran día y una experiencia muy inusual. Aprendimos mucho. ¡Te lo recomiendo mucho!

Mi esposo y yo pasamos el día más increíble en esta aventura. Nuestro conductor, Luigi, nos recogió en nuestro hotel en Sorrento y manejamos aproximadamente 1 . 5 horas, a una hermosa zona, donde conocimos a nuestro guía, GIuseppe, así como al cazador de trufas Oreste y su perro Argo. Tomamos café y croissants en un pequeño y lindo café y luego nos dirigimos a la montaña para buscar trufas. ¡El paisaje era hermoso y la caminata fue increíble! Tuvimos la oportunidad de parar muchas veces para tomar fotos y Giuseppe proporcionó mucha información interesante sobre el área y estuvo feliz de responder nuestras preguntas. Argo encontró 5 o 6 trufas, que nos llevamos al restaurante La Corte Dei Filangieri. En el restaurante, limpiamos las trufas y disfrutamos de una comida fenomenal, con múltiples platos, incluida la guarnición de trufas. Este restaurante fue excelente y el chef conversó con Giuseppe y Luigi, ya que todos almorzamos juntos. Todo el día brindó muchas oportunidades únicas para experiencias auténticas, que nunca olvidaremos. Estamos muy agradecidos de haber encontrado esta aventura y la recomendamos encarecidamente. ¡Gracias a Luigi, Giuseppe, Oreste, Argo y al chef Antonio Petrillo y al personal por un día increíble!

Debe hacer si te gusta el senderismo (y la trufa) ¡Excelente coordinación atenta de Giuseppe, guía amigable profesional informativo en Luciano y cazadores experimentados en Oreste y su perro Argo! Salimos temprano de sorrento pero nos retrasamos por el tráfico (un accidente en la carretera estrecha cerca de sorrento antes de la autopista); pero no te preocupes, una vez que llegamos a Volturara, nos recibieron Luciano y Oreste, tomamos un café y un croissant y nos dirigimos a la montaña. A pesar de un día seco; tuvo una cacería mucho más de lo esperado (6 trufas con algunas más grandes) con buena información sobre la región en general, el sendero y la caza de trufas por parte de Luciano y Oreste. Muchas paradas para una caminata fácil y cómoda y oportunidades para tomar fotografías. <p>Everyone says this trip is out of this world and I agree... utterly amazing. Expensive yes... but worth every penny for this once in a life time experience. We must have had the worst weather you could ask for, torrential rain non stop but the experience was still fabulous. Our guide Guiiseppe was so enthusiastic and informative. We found truffles! We picked mushrooms! We were in the heart of the mountain in the most beautiful scenery it was stunning. Word of warning... you do need really good footwear this is not a stroll it is a heavy hard walk on very uneven ground. Another word of warning... the 3 course lunch was about 9 courses! Again amazing food and we cleaned our truffles and eat them on each course. We also got given some to take home. I cannot recommend this trip highly enough thank you to Guiseppe, the driver and our truffle guide for making this such a brilliant experience.</p>

<p>This tour was absolutely amazing! Our guide Giuseppe was incredibly insightful and a fantastic guide. This was truly a once in a lifetime experience that we will always remember! We hiked up a beautiful mountain area with Giuseppe, a truffle hunter, and his two truffle sniffing dogs and were lucky to find two truffles. Watching the dogs sniff them, then bring them to their owner was amazing. We then ate lunch at a classic traditional Italian restaurant with incredible food, and ate the truffles we found on top of our food. It was absolutely one of the highlights of our trip and I would highly recommend it!!</p>

<p>I highly recommend this tour. Giuseppe is an amazing guide. This is a once in a lifetime experience and a great way to experience Italian culture and food. The truffle hunter and his dogs are very friendly and fun to see them work in action. The meal after the truffle hunt was fabulous!</p>

<p>Maurizio was an amazing tour guide, and really made the trip that much more enjoyable. We found a fairly large truffle and were able to enjoy it with our incredible dinner afterward. The place where you search for truffles is a little over an hour from Sorrento and then dinner is in a nearby village. It is a full day's worth of activity. When you start your hike to find truffles, the mountain is a bit steep at the very beginning and the whole trail is quite rocky. However, it is not challenging and you can move at your own pace. It should not be an issue for anyone that doesn't have mobility issues. It's a unique experience and a very nice day. I recommend it.</p>

<p>This is an experience of a lifetime!! Truffle hunting with a real truffle hunter and his trained dogs is not your everyday experience. Our English speaking guide had this so well organized and was always translating and explaining the process to us. It was a good hike and watching the dogs work is something we will never forget plus hearing about all the training they go through. Then, Yum Yum Yum, fresh truffles grated on ricotta cheese - later at our excellent lunch, more of our truffles grated on pasta. Guiseppe was our knowledgeable guide and gave us great information all day long. We would not have missed this adventure for anything - it is so unique.</p>
