Sabores Escondidos de Georgetown: Tour Gastronómico VIP

Excelente guía: le gustaron todas las opciones de comida, recorrido interesante, no solo una recitación de hechos, sino también una historia y cultura en profundidad ¡También asistido con recomendaciones de restaurantes para el fin de semana!

Desde el momento en que nos encontramos a nuestro guía mark hasta cuatro horas más tarde, la simpática, flujo de información y conocedor apasionado acerca de la historia de Georgetown, cultura, arquitectura, gente no parada. Y era interrumpida por la deliciosa comida paradas y consejos de comida. Para nuestra excursión a mediados de mañana, empezamos con deliciosos platos indios vegartarian; después tuvimos una excelente experiencia de mercado ambulante con sopa de fideos de ternera y terminamos con fideos chinos y salchichas (Labak). Esta fue una mañana realmente precioso y una estupenda manera de familarize con Georgetown. Mark es un excelente anfitrión y generoso con sus consejos de lugares para comer. Y bebida (Ir a) Mezcla puré 100% recomendable!

Nos encantó que el tour. Mark creció en Georgetown y como este no sólo hablarle sobre detalles históricos, sino también sobre sus experiencias personales que es lo que hace que este tour muy especial. Él cambió la excursión espontáneamente cuando oyó que habíamos visitado uno de los lugares antes y nos mostró lugares nuevos en su lugar. La comida es increíble, disfrutamos todos y cada lugar fuimos a! (Asegúrese de no comer horas antes de que la excursión:)).

This was just what we wanted, a cultural tour alongside a street-food one. Our guide Wei Shen was incredibly personable and knowledgeable on all aspects of Georgetown and Penang island. We had a great time and would thoroughly recommend this tour. Above all it gave us the confidence to walk in to food court s and order dishes we wouldn’t have contemplated doing before!

This was our second Simply Enak tour. First one with Jackie in KL, enjoyed it so much we decided to do another in Penang. There was no overlapping with food. Fabulous tour! Highly recommend! Great mix of foods, drinks, culture & history. Wei Shen is very knowledgeable!

Excellent tour with our amazing guide, Ronald! We sampled many delicious dishes that represent the diverse culture within Penang, and learned some interesting history along the way. We left feeling full but not overly stuffed, and felt the tour was the perfect blend of food and culture.

Could not recommend this tour more! As a foodie this tour was fantastic, we had such a range of food and they were also able to fully cater to our dietary requirements. The entire evening was very memorable and incredibly tasty. I try to do a food tour in every country I visit and this was easily in my top 2 food tours. The 4 hours seems like a long time but it is in fact perfect, we never felt rush and we had so much fun we didn’t even realise the time was going. I recommend it to everyone who wants to try the flavours of Penang! Also make sure to come with an empty belly and also pace yourself, you’ll want to try everything so try not to go too fast

Absolutely the best food experience! We had a tour with Wei Shein, who paced the entire excursion perfectly. We enjoyed a wonderful mix of culture, food, and history as we explored old George Town. No one left hungry or felt like we missed out on anything. We visited places of worship, admired street art, sampled food from the best street vendors, and met the families living on Chew Clan Jetty. I highly recommend this tour!
