Two of the three places we went to in KC did not take my Viator voucher. I had called Viator to ask if I needed to do any other step to use the Kansas City passes I had bought and they told me there are no more steps. It took me a long time to figure out I had to download another app to access my tickets. I then didn’t have very much time left ti see the actual museums. One of the museums told me this often happens when people use Viator they can’t get their tickets to work. Viator has very poor communication. They need to provide clear instructions on how to get your tickets. They also need to train their staff to explain the steps. Also when I called Viator several times they never answered and I had to leave a message. They finally called me back two hours later

A nice variety of sites to visit! We enjoyed it...thank you! We didn't have time for all of them, but enjoyed what we were able to see!

I absolutely loved sea life, it was super fun. My friends and I had a great time and even learned quite a bit about fish. Thank you for the amazing experience.

It was great everything was close by so when we had to drive it wasn't to far maybe 10 mins max. Brought the family and made a day of it.
