Yarra Valley Sunrise: Exclusive Hot Air Balloon Adventure

What an amazing experience it was to do this activity. Upon arrival we were greeted by the team and driven to the paddock where we were about to take off from. The entire process and methods were explained really well by Glen, he was a great orator and talked us through all the safety procedures. From a safety perspective as well it was very easy and calm, no adrenaline, just peaceful, even when you're up there. Thank you to the team Jacob, Liam and Glen. Highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived before sunrise, the team made us feel completely at ease and genuinely excited for what was to come. Watching the balloon inflate in the golden morning light felt surreal — and once we were in the air, the views over the Yarra Valley were absolutely breathtaking. A huge shoutout to our pilot Ronald, who was calm, funny, and made us feel completely safe throughout the flight. The entire ground crew was equally amazing — so friendly and passionate about what they do. This isn’t just an activity, it’s an experience that stays with you forever. Highly recommend!

My aunt, niece, and I had such an awesome time on a hot air balloon tour in Yarra Valley on a beautiful sunny day. Everything went super smoothly—from booking online to the actual flight—it was all perfect. Big thanks to Nick and Raine for being so friendly and making us feel totally comfortable throughout. And shoutout to Pilot Jacob, who did an amazing job with the takeoff and landing. Even my 74-year-old aunt, who’s pretty hard to impress, loved it! Raine and Nick took loads of great photos and videos for us to remember the day and share with friends and family. Honestly, a hot air balloon ride is something everyone should try at least once. Seeing the sunrise from up in the sky was just incredible!

Hey, I took my Mum ballooning for her first flight for her 90th birthday, she was very nervous, prior to arriving at the Balgownie estate, from that moment the whole team and Girls in office prior, treated Mum like Royalty , until we left after buffet breakfast, Global ballooning 🎈 were fantastic, Mum couldn't believe how smooth take off and landing was, thanks all involved, PJ.
